I love this makeup!
I bought the smoky eyeliner in dark chocolate and the doe eyes mascara back in May and have been using them since.
The smoky eyeliner is fantastic. Really easy to apply after watching the guide video. The thing that impresses me most is how well it stays on over long periods, and it doesn't settle in the creases of my eyelids. It's a beautiful colour and I get lots of compliments on my eye makeup.
The mascara is also exceptional. Never runs. Never smudges as the day goes on. And, like the smoky eyeliner, is pretty easy to remove.
I will definitely be re-purchasing both and exploring other products.

The advertisement is misleading
The advertisement is misleading. I bought the doe eyed mascara hoping to help my short lashes look longer. It did not. The mascara is clumpy and dry. I don't know this person at all and it looks like she helps people with makeup tutorials. But my telescopic mascara from L'Oreal does a much better job and is less expensive. Just an honest review.

They picked the colour for me and I could do my own nails better than what they did, the staff were rude and laughed and made me feel uncomfortable throughout the whole experience.

Beauty and the Boutique stock an amazing range of products and save all the hard work of spending £100s to find effective ones. Customer service is the best in the business. Beauty and the Boutique stocks amazing products that are always cruelty free. I’ve become aware of many high end and high street brands that are still testing on animals, which I find horrifying.
There is no way I’d want to buy anything that had put an animal in pain and that Katie and the team have done all the hard work to sort through this minefield and find effective, beautiful and kind products is priceless

I asked for some advice after buying…
I asked for some advice after buying expensive products from other companies which didn’t work as they’d promised. I told them of my concerns, the look I was after and that I don’t have eyelashes due to chemotherapy.
The response was overwhelmingly accurate to what I needed. The lovely lady had read all I had said and replied to it all. She was amazing. I bought the one product, the only one they’d recommended. It was perfect. I took her advice and bought some more from their site. All are exactly what I needed. I shouldn’t have strayed! I won’t do that again.
All of their products are excellent quality, not tested on animals. They package everything beautifully and send them out in such a personal way, it’s a gift.

Great products, brilliant customer service
Made my first purchase of 4 products last week and really happy with all of them! Great that there are videos on how to use them. The Doe Eyes mascara is the best iv used for my very short lashes and the under eye perfector is great for dark circles. The main thing im most happy about is the customer service. Messaged on WhatsApp in the evening and got a reply the next morning and they were so helpful. I will 100% be ordering from this site again.

Amazing products, excellent customer service
I purchased Doe Eyes mascara and the Smokey eyes duo eyeshadow I was a bit sceptical about purchasing but decided to take a chance and OMG wow this did not disappoint the Doe eyes mascara is amazing my eyelashes look so long and feels nice on.
I did have an issue with the Smokey eyes as the eyeshadow snapped after a few uses, however I contacted Katie and the team and again was blown away by the customer service they provided I emailed on a Saturday and was contacted within a few hours the customer service was outstanding they apologised and dispatched me a new pencil free of charge with no hesitation.
I will definitely be ordering more products from this little gem of a company.

Best mascara I've ever worn
After being a bit sceptical and a sucker for being influenced I ordered the doe eye mascara, not if I'm being honest having high hopes, how wrong I was! It is amazing, my lashes have NEVER looked so long and I can honestly say it is far superior to the highend way more expensive brands I have previously purchased. I love it so much and am so impressed that it does exactly what is advertised that I've already ordered another 2. So glad I came across Beauty and the Boutique on my socials, just wish I'd found them earlier. If anyone is looking at this and wondering whether to purchase, just do it, you will not be disappointed. And just for the record, I never leave reviews but this mascara 100% deserves one.

Amazing make up that works
I made my first order and then emailed customer service to ask a question on a further item I would like. They responded ultra quickly and were super helpful. Order number 446267. Their response showed me that they have 100 per cent confidence in their products which helped give me confidence to buy from them. When the concealer, lip balm pencil, mascara and highlighter pencil came i was over the moon with them. I have now just placed another order for foundation, a mirror and primer. Sadly I wasn’t quick enough for your face peel, but will be next time.
Thank you Beauty and the Boutique, I have spent £100’s in the past on make up and skin care that is sold to work and either makes my problem area look worse or doesn’t work at all. Amazing little company
I have been ordering from Beauty and the Boutique since lockdown. The items always arrive in a timely fashion and are beautifully presented. I am a huge fan of the tutorials and have had many compliments over the years about my make-up after following the very easy advice Katie gives. Oh my days! Purchased three products after watching the tutorials on how to apply each item from this high end quality make up. Unfortunately one was faulty, but within an hour of emailing customer service, I received a positive response to rectify the issue. Well you could have knocked me down with a feather!
