Absolutely disgraceful
Communication absolutely rubbish
Told PM delivery. Arrived home to accept delivery and driver had been already. 4 one tonne bags fallen over in middle of lane. Luckily no one was hurt. To add insult to injury one tonne bags of sand left Infront of elderly neighbours back door. Blocking it in. Had to hand move materials to clear lane. Was told bag would be moved next day. Explained neighbours need access. Was assured bulk bag would be removed. Nothing done. Absolutely disgraceful. Shocking communication. Constant lies.
