Super quick service and very communicative - I was updated at every step of the process, even letting me know that the Royal Mail tracking service was down due to technical issues! Really good experience buying my first Breitling. Purely mail order so mainly email but a couple of phone calls too. Not meeting in person did not stop Yui giving me first class customer service particularly when a problem with the piece emerged. Returns was easy, tracking provided, comms all along the way and the replacement was shipped out far quicker than I thought possible. Even a nice little something to ease the whole thing along.

I've had worse experiences in person in much larger national chains so if any of them are reading this you could learn a lot from these guys. Thanks again to Yui and the team.

I use Beards to get my Brietling watch battery changed and as a family we have bought various items of jewellery from them in the past. Well priced, great staff and fantastic service. Today i picked up my watch post service and was hosted by @Vicky.dewbery who was outstanding. Her support and service plus her friendly manner enabled a fantastic engagement with my wife and I. This approach and service led to me parting with a significant sum of money for a fantastic bespoke ring for my wife (I didn’t feel any pain at all!) which she loves. The attention and patience shown and the no pressure approach to a sale enabled us to be relaxed and enjoy the experience. I recommend Vicky and the team should you be considering Service, quality and price for gives for your loved one!!!

I FOUND THEM HONEST AND UPFRONT ABOUT PRICE ETC. I NEEDED A PACKAGE TO BE SENT TO ME ON THE 25th, TRUE TO THERE WORD A PACKAGE ARRIVE BEAUTIFULLY WRAPPED, MY WIFES BIRTHDAY SHE WAS VERY TAKEN ABACK BY THE PACKAGING, THANK YOU ALL AT BEARDS I WILL BE USING YOU AGAIN.

I tried to buy a watch that I’d had my eye on for a while. Sadly, I took too long and having made the decision to purchase over a weekend, when I got in touch via the internet to place the order, the watch had been sold in-store the previous Saturday. I was disappointed but Beards offered to place an order with the manufacturer and honour the quoted price. Due to supply chain issues, this order took 3 very long months to arrive. But throughout the process, Beards were excellent. I was in contact with Yui and cannot fault the communication - dealing with my constant requests for updates must have been a chore but were all handled extremely professionally. Finally, the day came and my new watch arrived fresh from the factory. I’d recommend this family run company - not only for their great price and customer service, but because they genuinely seem to care. All my interactions took place online, but I’d imagine if you were able to visit in-store, this genuine care would become even more evident.
