I visited the Beards stand at RIAT25, knowing after my previous experiences in Cheltenham I would enjoy browsing the items here. I was instantly greeted by the team with big smiles, and checked in to see if there was anything they could help with. My Mother in Law sadly passed away from cancer earlier this year and I have been looking for something special that I can remember her by. As a woman who enjoyed her Breitlings, my eye caught one that I had not seen before - the ladies small light blue Navitimer with diamonds. I'm not sure what it was, but something about it called to me, despite having tried on tens of Breitlings before. I was able to easily talk to the staff and try the watch on, explaining what I was looking for, and seeing if there was a larger size. Breitling themselves did not offer this, and the team were knowledgeable with this fact. I was torn as to whether I should purchase it, so with a big smile from Hannah (I believe it was), I set off to have a think. It was only a couple of hours later that I returned back to the stand, and I am glad that I did. I was able to talk to the team further in depth as it was a bit quieter (excluding the air displays!), and purchased the watch. The team made the purchase smooth and seamless, even with the wait to change the size of the strap. They were all incredibly welcoming and I had a great laugh with them. I would like to thank the whole team who were at RIAT25 on the Sunday for their time and patience, making me feel relaxed and welcome to the stand. After purchasing my engagement ring, our wedding rings and my first Breitling, I couldn't have thought that the Beards team could get better, but they certainly proved me wrong in the best way possible. Amazing bespoke jewellery design and make. I commissioned Beards to make me an eternity ring, and the experience absolutely exceeded my expectations. From sitting down with the designer and working through initial sketches, refining CAD models, having a 3D print to try on and even getting to choose my own stones it was all such a special experience. And the end product is beyond what I dreamed of. Vicky especially went above and beyond, but all the staff we have dealt with have been genuinely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

The turnaround time was surprisingly quick—much faster than I anticipated for a high-end service like this.

Extremely rude member of staff, who banged on the front of Beards Cheltenham store glass door from the inside to get my attention as a passer by. Then proceded to pull odd faces at me and very rude.
I did walk away, then went in to confront the store owner about the gentlemans bad behaviour.
