Good service all round
Ordered and paid for 2 items, unfortunately one was out of stock. Prompt email received advising of the issue and an immediate refund was arranged. The other item (charcoal basket) arrived the following day. Seems to be good quality and also has a divider which was not mentioned in the description, so even better value than I originally thought. Highly recommended

Best Kamao BBQs and the best price point!
I have now purchased 2 of their Kamado BBQ's and they are just brilliant.
Also at a fantastic price point.
The first one I have have had for 3 years, just added the supreme size one and looking forward to my first cook.

Excellent kamado bbq
Excellent kamado bbq, really great quality and delivered extremely quickly. Kamado midi plus accessories arrived well packaged on a pallet and the customer service for delivery updates were excellent. Also not to mention, great price for a high quality product.

The order process was easy and delivery was on time. However, we didn’t realise it would be so heavy and difficult to move without help.
The order process was easy and delivery was on the date identified. However it was recommended to use the app Shop to track order, but this didn’t work. Also, when the order was delivered, the delivery man left it in the front of the house and said he couldn’t get it through the gate. This wasn’t the case, as we did manage to get it through. As a result of the bbq being so heavy, this caused a temporary difficulty to us as we had to engage the help of friends to move it to the back of the house.

Unfortunately, they were out of stock for 2 days and as soon as they got it in and made a fresh batch, it was sent to you.
