Great experience using BBQ Bits. Having researched many makes and models of pizza ovens, I was interested in their “Bella” multi fuel pizza oven, but there was a lack of reviews online for it. I was a... Mehr ansehen

Great bbq
Great bbq! Used as pizza oven too and was so good!
The customer service is also great, had to return an accessory I decided not to use and was done without too much hassle.

Excellent service and quick delivery
Excellent service and quick delivery. Pizza oven is very good but you have to let it heat up don't get excited, like me or the bottoms aren't done needs min 25 mins but great coverage with the heat, no turning does it all. Could do with a few recipes in the instructions, I know you can get all online but you'd have everything in the box then. Everything is good quality, oven, cover and peel. Great purchase, it was between this and the Delivit one.

Consider other companies before ordering from here
Ordered the X Supreme, which seems like it's well made and is HUGE!!.
Unfortunately the unprofessionalism from the company, and them decieving customers isn't good at all. Webesite states next day dispatch, but they didnt even have stock. It took me to chase them 4 days after ordering to find this out. They then didn't send the cover, and after I chased them 3 times for it, they admitted they knew they didn't have the stock but didn't bother telling anyone. So they are taking orders with tight delivery times, for stock they don't have. I called the office, and was told "I don't deal with that so can't tell you".

It was not clear which items they sell directly and which ones they act as an agent for, especially since those are shipped separately.
The service for the items stocked by BBQ-BITS was excellent. I received notifications about shipping and delivery throughout. However, I also purchased charcoal, and that was the opposite experience. I received no notifications, it was marked as delivered when it had not been, and it arrived while we were out. I then got a text from the driver saying it had been left hidden, but it was actually left in plain sight on the doorstep.
