Absolutely amazing pizza oven, love it and using it as I write this

Thank you

Good communication delivered early helpful delivery person. The BBQ Acorn is fab, great value compared to others and great quality well packaged and easy minimal assembly. Easy to use and holds temperature well. Heat is easy to control.

Fantastic customer service before during and after my purchase. Made me really feel valued.
Amazing BBQ can’t wait to use it.

Great service

After months of searching for the perfect BBQ, I finally discovered the Kamado-X from BBQ-Bits. I received it this week, and after putting it to use, I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations. The quality of this grill is outstanding, and the overall experience has been nothing short of impressive.

Having previously used both the Kamado Joe and Big Green Egg, I’m no stranger to high-end grills. However, the Kamado-X still managed to impress me with its superior craftsmanship and performance. If you're in the market for a top-tier BBQ, the Kamado-X is definitely worth considering.

Website easy to navigate. Quick response from team answering product enquiry

Good, sturdy cover....Nice tie base. Hopefully it stands up to the elements but looks promising!!

Very efficient and professional service. Delivered my BBQ within 24 hours and they made sure we did. Phoned afterwards with some follow up questions and they dealt with them, very easily and quickly.

Highly recommend them

BBQ-BITS is a great company to buy from.
I found them very helpful and understanding when I ordered the wrong BBQ. They changed it without any fuss.
I loved the rotating Pizza Stone which stops you getting burnt bits.
I would defiantly recommend BBQ-Bits

Unfortunately had to return one item as it didn't fit my BBQ but excellent service on the returns

Excellent purchase. Very happy

I made an error when ordering and spoke to the team on the phone. The error was sorted quickly and efficiently.
Product was of good quality and arrived quickly.

Great product at a great price supplied on time with clear instructions.

I don’t like wasting money so did a fair bit of research on bbq’s and decided to get a mid range jobby from one of the usual suspects. On delivery it was clear that paying a little bit more than for a budget model was a complete waste of time as it arrived damaged, was made on very thin steel indistinguishable from the basic budget models.
We then looked at Kamado style bbqs but thought that the cost was just too much until we spotted BBQ Bits website. We then realised they were based about 3 miles away! Too good to be true? - the prices were certainly far less than the big names who specialise in the egg types, so we popped in to take a look and were more than happy that the quality for the asking price, in comparison, was outstanding.
It is still a lot of money for a bbq but you will not be disappointed. This thing is built like a brick shithouse and should last for years.

Great price and so far great product! Can't complain at all. Feels like great quality and so far had no issues. Would use the company again.
