Great customer service and they stock some hard to get stuff.

Honestly it was my own fault for thinking it would be something better.
I ordered the XL mystery box from them and to be fair within 48 hours of ordering it arrived and I was excited to see what I got……..

I honestly was expecting 1 aeg or gbb with some equipment, but I ended up getting 0.3g 6mm angry balls bb’s, safety goggles, 2 spring rifles, 1 spring pistol and a very poorly designed electric aeg where the bb’s are fed through the “scope”…..

I did ask them it was possible to return these, not for a refund but to get something of equal value, they told me no.

So I’m writing this review to let everyone know, unless you want all/most of the airsoft guns to be spring powered? Don’t get the mystery boxes.
I learned the hard way

I was looking around for shops near me as I was in a need of mags for a game I'm doing tomorrow. Long story short my other one wasn't coming until tomorrow so was stuffed, I went into the shop today to get myself couple new ones. Also purchased suspressor

I was approached by rhys, who was patient with me and professional when I was asking questions, about parts for my gun. Also met other colleagues called Brent and the owner

They was really friendly bunch and made you feel welcomed at the shop. I know alot of people order stuff online, but I am old school and would rather see people in person when buying parts.

I will be coming there again in the future for bits, also pleased with the layout they have with the guns and clothes 👍

Ordered a starter springer pistol for my son to mess about shooting cans in the garden , The service from start to finish was brilliant , excellent communication and answered any questions I asked , delivery was 2 days to scotland couldn't ask for any better. Will definitely use again in the near future.

Bought my pistol ! Worked twice then packed up and wouldn’t fire again. Something with the mechanism would allow pistol spring to lock!
Waste of money. Only good for an ornament.
Wasted more money on metal ball pellets also now useless!

Ordered my S&T Tavor 21 a little while ago now. Still works great after plenty of use and the odd few knocks so impressed with quality and how well they stored the rifel as I know not been produced in a while but other than the odd thing, couldn't tell. It was missing a hand guard rail that was advertised with it and when followed up asking for a solution never heard back but otherwise seems like a decent store even if I personally use Patrol Base more now simply as far more well known and reputable but I'd happily buy from this store if made sense to me for what ordering

Exactly what I wanted. Couldn't ask for better.

So far as I've ordered several items and only got half my orders I've had a gas 1911 come with a leaking mag making it unusable until I replace my mag I've had a AR come with the the wrong charger and wrong battery making it unusable I'm happy with how fast most my orders came through I've had two orders that I've been waiting just over 3 weeks to come with the understanding that I had to wait for the guns to be coloured but I should have had them by now. The prices are great to jump onto when there's a discount for the quality off the guns

Excellent company, just recently bought a laser kit for my gun and it's super awesome. I'd definitely recommend this company if your starting out in airsoft like I am. Unbeatable prices top equipment lots to choose from and excellent staff
