We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. When you placed your order, the watch was expected to be in stock early December, and we made sure to communicate this via email and also advertised this on the product listing. However after the order was placed we then faced an unexpected delay from the supplier, pushing the availability to late December. Such delays are rare in our supply chain, but they do occasionally occur. We can only apologise for this. We do however believe we kept you up to date throughout and believe your 1 star review is a little unfair.

I am sure you are a wonderful company, but you refunded me as you couldnt find the item (happens to all of us) So other than that I cant mark you any higher as I dont really have any experience of you except you keep asking me to give you a review, So i have now reviewed you in hope you will stop asking me to do so.

Great delivery on time!
Promised to send out my com backplate quickly and did! Sounds a small thing, but so many suppliers don't keep promises these days....bavionics.co.uk do :)
I needed it in time for my new com fitting so the engineer wasn't on the clock but unable to do anything....so thank you!
