Great service, although I would have liked some more correspondence in regards to when the item should arrive, being a first time user of your services I was a bit unsure of the success of the purchase. But all was well and very happy with the product so far!

I have been trying to find the correct power adaptor cord for a beloved music speaker and I messaged Battery Expert to see if they could help me. They asked for photos and measurements and surely enough a fairly priced cord arrived that works! I am so happy with the communication and the service.

Very nice site to use - the check out process very easy to navigate. Staff very helpful - I discovered I did not need the power supply I emailed them straight away and they were able to cancel the order.

Ordered a replacement battery for my Canon 90D. Battery received as ordered. Delivery was a bit slow, so I emailed to chase up, customer service was excellent they provided a tracking number straight away, & the battery turned up that day. la critique est pour le manque de professionnalisme reçu du Batteries Expert+ Mercier, j'ai acheter la meilleur batterie disponible un Vendredi, après arriver a la maison pour la charger je me rend contre que le niveau d'acide mis en magasin est trop bas! Recouvrant a peine les plaquette, vus qu'il sont fermer le samedi j'ai du trouver un bon garage qui a fait le remplissage finale pour moi, très désappointé, Une place a éviter, surement pas des expert!
