Approximately two months ago, an order was placed with this company. Despite follow-up inquiries, the items have yet to be received. The company maintains that the order was dispatched, yet no delivery has been confirmed, and a tracking number is unavailable. Furthermore, the company is requesting additional payment for redelivery, which is a matter of concern.

Really efficient service, placed my order and it was delivered - that’s how you do it!

Had some issues with the shipping company. Customer service was great and willing to follow up the order for me.

I feel confident buying a battery from this business than I do from other suppliers because I've experienced batteries that I believe are claiming to have specs that are not necessarily true, I don't feel this with battery expert . Customer service was responsive with answering emails which was pleasing to know.

The customer service was great if any questions that needed to be answered were answered quickly which I appreciated. My only concern is the tracking process. I would’ve appreciated it if there was any method of tracking your delivery which I feel like would’ve been less inconvenient but other than that everything was good.

sadly the dell equivalent battery failed to get the nod of approval from my fussy dell xps13 - a known possibility, but not predictable until tried; despite that the team at battery express were prompt at offering some ideas on helping it to work, that sadly couldn't solve the dilemma
thereafter they were incredibly obliging in arranging rma on the item, and i have no complaint regards their communications and appropriate responses - one star off for product not meeting requirements, but really, 5 stars deserved for service regardless

Ordered a battery / cable for monitor but didn't require it as found out monitor was broken and not issue with cable. Emailed my battery expert who cancelled order same day.

The website is easy to navigate and the pictures specific enough for me to match a monitor cable to my new laptop port. The pictures were extremely helpful. I didn't spring for the express delivery. I followed it up after 5 working days with their customer service. They responded within 30 minutes with a note explaining standard deleivey is 2 to 8 Working days. It cleaned up my delivery expectation and it arrive WD6. Simple process.

It is only when a problem occurs that a company shows its true nature in how it treats its customers.
Battery Expert proved itself to be a five star supply company and gave me immediate attention when I 'thought' my order was well overdue with delivery.
Turned out it had actually been delivered a week earlier - my ignorance entirely!
However, Battery Expert immediately contacted Australia Post and kept me informed.
Embarrassingly, I had to notify them it was my mistake..
I just want future clients to know how Battery Expert proved itself to be a quality supply company..
