Package safely delivered (it was one of very few bathroom packages which didnt have a massive hole in it). But driver only delivered to the door. Refused to bring large item into the apartment and left me to bring it upstairs. Driver also gave me other random items presumably other orders including a sink waste pipe and door handle.

Ordering on line was easy, delivery arrived as promised and very happy with product, excellent quality.

I ordered a 760 x 1200 with 8mm glass shower enclosure, it was delivered by pallet line the very next day.

Once opened, it was all well packaged and made from good quality materials.

So, in short, excellent product, fast delivery and priced competitively.

Delivery men were great. Communication good 👍

It's just cost me £405 for the Coral 6mm Offset Quadrant Shower Enclosure 1200 x 760mm. Imagine my upset when I opened the package and found the shower doors shattered into a million pieces and then the fact that Bathroom Supastore disputed this as i didn't report this on the day of delivery. The item arrived on a pallet with no notification of time or day. I was away at this time so couldn't open the package. More to the point, why would I want to open it when I wasn't ready to install it! I reported the issue within days of delivery - it wasn't like months! Yet they won't replace the doors without me paying another £80! Not happy and currently taking legal advice for something that was not my fault.

Ordered a Kudos shower deflector panel a month ago. By mistake ordered a left hand unit. Should have been a right hand unit. Advised Bathroom Supastore of the problem. Even though I was past the return date and the packaging had been opened they agreed to replace it and even arranged free next day delivery and collection. Simply awesome service. The process of ordering was easy and updates regarding order status were provided regularly.

Unfortunately the first mirror delivered arrived cracked, which was surprising given the box was in perfect condition and the amount of bubble wrap used. The team at the bathroomsupastore.com were faultless and within 2 days a replacement was delivered. Will definitely be ordering again.

We ordered two shower trays and they arrived very quickly. Bathroom Supastore’s prices are very good and they carry a wide range of products. We were very happy to order from this family business rather than a big chain.

Ordered Hudson Reed toilet/vanity unit.
Opened within a few hours of receiving and found damage to a unit. Reported immediately and they sent a replacement out the next day.
A company should be judged not when things are perfect but how they deal with faults or problems.
