Bathroom superstore were great very…
Bathroom superstore were great very helpful knew what I wanted what let the whole thing down was palletways yet again delivered product on my neighbours drive my Plummer signed for product which didn’t total to about 5 pounds in weight refused to take pallet away hence luckily had a Plummer on hand as niether myself or my neighbour couldn’t move

We’re sorry to hear that there were further issues with the delivery itself. Unfortunately, we do feel this is more reflective of the courier service provided by Palletways rather than the service we aim to deliver as a company.
We’re particularly disappointed to hear the pallet was delivered to a neighbouring property and signed for incorrectly, as this should not have happened.
Due to the size and weight of many of our products, we do make customers aware on both our website and order confirmation emails that we strongly recommend having two people available at the property to assist where required. However, we completely understand the frustration caused here, especially with the pallet being left in a difficult position to move safely.
We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will continue raising these issues with our delivery partners to help improve the service provided.

shower screen arrived in a broken…
The shower screen arrived in a broken palette with nails sticking out. The delivery only delivers to curb side and you are expected to open and check the product within 20 minutes so read the small print. The delivery driver was polite. Luckily everything was ok but not sure what would’ve happened if there was an issue and I didn’t notice straight away.

We’re disappointed to read your review, particularly the suggestion that we have acted unfairly, as this is not an accurate reflection of what happened.
Your order was delivered to your local Palletways depot within the agreed timeframe and was due for delivery to your home address.
However, after being contacted by the depot, you chose to make alternative arrangements directly with them and collect the goods yourself. This decision was made independently and without our involvement. At no point were we made aware of any issue that would have prevented the final delivery from being completed as planned.
As we have explained on several occasions, the delivery service you paid for was carried out. The transportation of your goods to your local depot was completed, and costs were incurred for this service. For this reason, we are unable to offer a refund for the delivery charge.
Your local depot was approximately 5 miles from your address, and the majority of the delivery cost relates to the long-distance transport of the goods rather than the final short leg. Refunding £55 in these circumstances would not be reasonable.
We also take allegations of scamming very seriously and strongly refute this. The charges were clearly displayed at checkout, and the service was fulfilled as agreed.
If you would still like to discuss this further, we remain available to assist.

Ideal product range and service
I was able to source a specific 1100 x 900 shower cubicle and had it delivered wirhin 48 hours, way quixmcker than even they had estimated. The only issue was the delivery guy left it on the pavement, leaving me to bring it inside alone, but tgat's an issue with the delivery dirm, not with Bathroom Supastore. I would definitely recommend
