Found the exact product and great customer service.
Found the exact shower enclosure we were looking for at a great price.
Ordered in the evening and delivery was arranged very quickly. However, we were unable to receive the delivery on the due date and when we phoned up the company, they very helpfully changed the delivery to a date which was more convenient for us. The delivery turned up on time with a friendly driver.

Awful delivery company
The small shower deflector panel I ordered from them is fine, it’s the delivery company they use that I have an issue with.
My order was a small shower door deflector and it arrived on a huge pallet with bits of wood nailed on to hold it upright all taped onto the pallet. It was totally unnecessary way to package it up and I now have to saw apart and book an appointment to take to the recycling centre, so glad I paid £35 delivery to now have to deal with this….
The delivery driver left it on the pavement and said they cannot touch it or help me bring it inside as they might be accused of breaking it. They stood there and watched me struggle opening it on the road and carry it into my house as I had to check it wasn’t damaged before they left. They left the pallet on the pavement and drove off so I had to sort that out whilst trying to work from home. So annoying.
I ordered a big shower door for this to clip onto from another company and it didn’t arrive like this. I won’t be ordering from this company again in the future if I can help it (unless they change delivery company)
Update based on below response - I was aware it might be delivered on a pallet. This pallet was OTT. The service of just leaving it blocking the pavement was so poor. Even though I was aware of something I can still be annoyed by how something was executed. As if this is how a company reply to customer reviews….

I'm sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the delivery service you have received from us. Please understand that the only way to ensure the item gets to you in one piece is to ship this on a pallet. This is explained on the website.
It is also explained on the website that all palletised deliveries are kerbside only. This means the courier will deliver the goods as close to the front door as they are able to with the pump truck. Looking at the POD for your delivery it is evident that the item could have been brought closer if the vehicle wasn't blocking the way.
Unfortunately, drivers are not able to bring the goods into the property, as they are not insured to do so. We do advise having 2 able bodied people there for the delivery in the information sent to you along with your tracking number as well as outlined on numerous places on the website. This also states that the pallet will be left with you too.
All of the issues you have outlined here are only issues if you are unaware of them. All this information can be seen on our delivery page before you order, as well as being sent to you prior to delivery. I’m very sorry if you missed this.
