I went to the store last weekend where I was greeted by Deb. She walked me through all the products they have on display and their prices.

That staff is was very knowledge, friendly and patient as I asked a-lot of questions

The prices were affordable and I also received my delivery really quickly.

I went in to the Erdington branch on Sunday and I was greeted by Tom who was very helpful, friendly and honest and then Deb came over she was amazing very knowledgeable and friendly gave me the names of bathroom fitters as mine needs renovation. Prices were amazing and we had a brilliant customer service experience something that you don’t get very often. I will return and I’m looking forward to having a brand new bathroom.

I used this company to supply bathroom cuoboatds, sink etc ordered online promp delivery by currier but the only problem goods badly damaged, contacted supplier and spoke with Lucy was very helpfull in sorting the problem sorted replacement after seeing images sent of damage. Problems with deliveries can only be exspected with third parties involved not the supply companies fault. Lucy most helpful we need more empolyees like this top job many thanks would recomend this company to.

Ordered a shower told next week asked will there be any problems no we keep them in stock, ok good, day of delivery phone call saying whoops we have a delay cancelled ordered will not touch these again, not the first time this has happened

I purchased a sink vanity and a closed cup toilet the toilet wasn’t suitable measurements were not correct
They accepted for me to return the toilet at my expense through hermes but hermes wouldn’t collect so I asked them to collect and I’d pay they refused so I’m stuck with a toilet that useless customer service is terrible once they have your money it’s tuff avoid

Ordered a new replacement pedestal and basin on a sunday,it was professionally packed and delivered the following Friday.The price with free shipping was very good, only slight gripe was any communication after purchase was lacking and no notification of shipping until the day it was out for delivery via a text from the courier, hence 4 stars.I would anyhow use Bathrooms 4 Less again.

Bought a vanity unit from them, quick to arrive, ok quality for the price but a year down the line and its cracked and warped. I contacted them about this and was told its not waterproof - Ive not taken it scuba diving, it should in my opinion be able to get wet, being a sink unit.

Product was sent without cupboard handles and a panel was easily damaged in installation. Customer service is incredible slow and unhelpful - no response to messages, had to keep phoning to chase them and still don’t have an adequate resolution. Despite having said we would pay for the new panel, they’re refusing to send a new one instead saying to go and buy touch up paint! They also haven’t sent the handles that we’re missing!

Shocking lack of competence or service. After months and months of chasing for a missing part I am left with a useless shower screen and "we can't help you". They seemingly don't care about their reputation or my predicament. Please avoid you'll be glad you did.

Ordered on 20th June corner unit and basin, taps and toilet unit.. received toilet pan but no cistern, basin/corner unit and taps 2 weeks later when website promised 5 days! I have a baby due and my main bathroom is now out of order.. the basin does not fit flush to the corner unit and is faulty, apparently I have to pay to send this back as I don’t want it (not a case of me not wanting it, simple case of it won’t fit to the wall) they finally agreed to pick this up when they delivered this missing parts of the toilet unit.. today 21st July, cistern arrived by Royal Mail, still no toilet lid and no one has been in touch about collecting the faulty sink unit!!! I can’t afford to source another unit without this one being pixked up first... will keep you posted on how this turn around out but I’m thinking I will be going through the small claims court to get my cash back

Very poor customer's service.
Sent me a Faulty Toilet Pan, took me just under 3 weeks to get
a replacement. they used delay tactics not to replace it.
Only received replacement after taking action for a refund.
Use PayPal for purchases as you have Buyer Protection !!!!
