I brought the Bianca bracelet for my daughter for Christmas. Three of the diamonds have already fallen out and when I wrote to them about it apparently it is only warranted for 90 days !!!!

Had a missing necklace in my order so it would have been 5 stars BUT they were super quick to respond with my missing item and the communication was great! I love my earrings they’re so stunning and I can’t wait for my new necklace to arrive 😊

Amazing customer service, quick shipping and excellent quality

Super disappointed. They had a “birthday sale” so I purchased 3 bracelets/bangles totalling $177 dollars (40% off). The next day, they decided to extend their sale and have a bracelets and bangles bundle 3 for $165 - I email them asking if they would honour the new price for my order. Had I known they were going to advertise a bundle at this price I would have waited. Not to mention, this is still being advertised as part of their “birthday sale” and now offering 45% off. I was told “we’re unable to offer price adjustments or refunds for pricing differences before or after promotional periods” - this makes no sense, I am literally emailing them whilst the promotional period is still going. This is terrible customer service and bad practise.

Be aware that you cannot return or even exchange. Expensive for quality of product. Choose carefully.

Phoebe Bangle - this bangle is just perfect - it is the second one I have ordered. I leave on all the time. The Customer Care at Bare is second to none - always so helpful. Roslyn

Really nice and comfortable jewelry. I purchased the
Felicia studs and necklace and wear them daily for work. The Charlotte bracelet is gorgeous, was a bit smaller than expected so I recommend getting a bigger size than you think but 10/10 love how sparkly it is.

Initially I was happy with the three pair of earrings purchased but definitely not worth the price. In a short period of time my earrings had begun to tarnish and the gold had faded to silver. Pretty sad with the product especially when I was trying to support a local company. I definitely could get better quality and price elsewhere

Great jewellery and amazing service by Grace

My experience with Bare Jewellery has been incredible. I stumbled across this brand on my FB account and since then I have ordered at least 8 or 9 pieces over the last few months.

They also make amazing gifts as all pieces are high quality, look and feel more expensive than they are to purchase and most important allergy free. I have had no eczema or skin irritations and wear stacked earrings and bracelets every day.

Beautifully packed for storage too.

I have ordered a number of products from Bare. The quality is exceptional, and they last well for daily wear.
I had one bangle delivered that was the wrong product and then express shipped the correct product promptly!

Amazing customer service with quick turn around and explanation of their products, how to best look after them etc. They were very kind with their offers when I had an issue and provided a replacement. Their jewellery is lovely.

i purchased the Blanca ring and it came quickly and was very nice. Thick band that didnt feel or look cheap. However i wore it for 2 weeks and 2 of the little faux diamonds fell out. it also scratched very quickly. However the teams customer service was very prompt and kind and they sent a new one as they said it must be faulty. Im hoping this one doesnt do the same thing as it was $80, but im greatful they replaced it for me!
