If I could provide zero stars, I would.

Placed a £500 bet on a tennis match and my player was injured at 1-1 and unfortunately, retired.

This bet was settled as a loser unlike every other reputable gambling operator who voids the bet in this instance. Ballybet Casino on the other hand has it where the selection stands if a set is completed.

This is quite frankly, unbelievable and unethical. I don't mind losing, fair and square but in this manner is pretty hard to take. I made a complaint about this but was just directed to the unfair Terms and Conditions, basically.

Pretty shambolic customer service where they failed to understand my perspective that this was a genuine mistake.

Ballybet Casino has Terms and Conditions, which basically try and rob customers. In my opinion, stay well clear and go to bet365 or Sky bet who have fairer Terms and Conditions.

I only signed up as the refer a friend, so my mate could get the bonus but they don’t say it’s £800 that I have to top up before he receives the bonus money they promise! Over the past decade I have watched several gaming sites get acquired by ballys, and within a month of them taking over a casino/bingo/slot site the gameplay within the site changes dramatically. The intake increases by around 75% and the wins decrease by around 60%. Prior to ballys the site would pay decently (50 to few 1000) on their bonuses etc after ballys gets involved boom your lucky if a win (which are extremely rare) can bypass the 20 mark, ballys WILL take around 200 to 500 if not more for a 15 win to drop then it repeats the cycle of taking a couple 100 before the next 15/20 win.. for example. Prior to ballys acquiring virgin games I had wins between 500 n 10k mostly between 500 n 1500 tho frequently.. but once they took over that changed. Scatters are a myth now, and if u do get a bonus its pittance u get.
Ballys is one of if not the most greediest company of all, most ignorant and most corrupt. Which doesn't surprise me after doing research on the ballys corporation n discovering that they were in a high level of debt to tune of 163million which has recently resulted in them being acquired by their largest stockholder standard general in a 4.6billion deal on 25th of July.

So my advice is to avoid any casino sites associated with ballys.
