Please do not buy anything from them. A total scam. The item i bought was nothing like on the photo. They mention the price dropped as their London shop is closing down. There is no london shop and they are operating from China and registered in Holland. I am looking into this and report them, they also opperate under other company names. They should be sent to prison.

I ordered a dress from this company . After a few weeks it arrived and to say I was disappointed was an understatement . Looked nothing like the dress on Pinterest . Colours fabric and quality were poor . I thought it was a British company based in London however when I tracked the item it was in China . Eventually it was in various parts of England . I decided it wasn’t worth what I paid and I wanted to return it. The advert says 30 day return policy . However the person I e mailed said that I was responsible for paying for its return to China . This would cost £20-£30 . Additional charges may need to be paid for by myself . This is not mentioned prior to purchase . All in all a scam company.

total scam, claim to be a UK company but is a cheap website in China, dress I ordered was only fit for the dustbin. when I got I touch they told me I could only get a refund after I had paid £30 to return it to China. please don't get caught like I did. They advertise on Pintrest and facebook

An advert came up on Pinterest for some lovely shoes, with a massive sale reduction. Following all the small print on the website, and using the Google analytics info, I am unable to find where this company is based, some of their photos have been around the internet for more than a year but the website was only opened in May 2025. They show pictures of a 'shop in London' which was 37 year old but there's no evidence of this either. Very dodgy. Pay with a credit card to protect yourself

Brought some shoes seeing they stated London & Uk in their advertising and the shoes were substandard and no where near the uk sizing it stated. Colleen get my foot in. Returns were too difficult and the customer services unhelpful. Don’t touch with a barge pole

Total scam, no way to know from the website that they are drop shipping from China. Ordered leather tan shoes, received some plastic dark brown shoes 2 sizes too small.

No response to emails or the web form.

Avoid at all costs.

Order placed for 2 pairs of leather shoes with write up as follows “Experience the perfect blend of classic charm and modern comfort with these elegant leather shoes. Designed for all-day wear, they add effortless sophistication to any outfit – from casual outings to smart occasions”. Instead, squashed and taped into a black dustbin bag did I receive 2 pairs of plastic, hideous shoes that are nothing like the ones I paid for. Again, presented as effortless on the Bakerwardrobe website are returns and refunds BUT hidden in the fine print of their T’s & C’s and reply email with pseudo concerns for the environment they’ve made it my problem and expense to return. That’s over 10% of my monthly wage wasted and I needed the shoes for work. What a hoax! What thievery!

Bakerwardrobe is a complete scam, do not buy anything from there. I bought, what I thought was a knitted warm coat with a hoody. No warmth, not even wool and digitally printed to look like wool. I emailed to say I wasn’t happy with my purchase and feel I have been unfairly sold an item which arrived nothing like the description. I emailed the contact email to be told if I wanted to return it I’d had to return it back to China which would cost £20-£30 and take 3 weeks. It’s a complete con, don’t buy anything from that website. I found them through Pinterest.
