As others have said this was a total scam. Paid £50 for a coat which was poor quality, and they said it would cost £30 to return it to China. Not based in UK with delivery by Royal Mail and their "no hassle returns" was again a total lie. After numerous emails I created a chargeback dispute with my credit card provider who refunded me, I'd urge anyone else to do the same (ChatGPT helped me with this route!)

This is a scam. They have taken a photo of a London shop which they put on Pinterest and say that they are closing down with photos of good quality clothes. The clothes arrived from china
All squashed in a plastic bag every item is not what I ordered with holes or plastic shoes.

Item arrived with a pull on the middle of the jumper. It was poor quality and not like the picture described at all. I called to return it and was given a story this needs to go back to
China and it was indicated the shipping costs could be more than the item itself. I feel scammed & frustrated by my experience.

I would strongly advise AGAINST using this website. I ordered ajacket for £54. When it everntually arrive (4 weeks later and nothing indicated this was coming from China when i brought it) the sleeves were too short and the coat was more like £12 worth. it was made of felt and didn't have any lining, very different from the description. When i tried to return they said i had to pay to ship back to China £29 plus customs charges!. I argues and they offered me 10% of the price and said i could keep the coat. I feel totally ripped off.

What ever you do, do not buy from these people! Item I was sent was completely wrong and would only offer me a small percentage of my money back as I would have to pay to send it back to them even though it was their mistake. I will be taking this further so it doesn’t happen to other people! Plus the wrong item they sent we was a complete load of shit!

Do not deal with this company. They are complete frauds. I was sent a totally different item than ordered. The quality is so poor you would not use it as a dish cloth.

Do not use this company. What they deliver is totally different to the clothing advertised and when you offer to return it for a refund they tell you to send it back to China at huge cost. My advice is not to be tempted to use this company. I tried for a full refund for over 2 months and they refused.

Definitely a fake website fronting a Chinese store. To be fair I received the item eventually (from China, not closing down stock from a London store as advertised), it does resemble what was ordered but not the quality I’d expected. I would have never ordered from a Temu-style website had I investigated properly before ordering

Do not have anything to do with this company! I ordered some shoes in early September which were the wrong size, nothing like the description and very poor quality. I asked for a refund and was told I would have to return to China and pay all sorts of extra costs for p/p, taxes etc. Or I could keep the shoes and have a partial refund! This partial refund increased as I continued to debate the matter with Lisa,( the only, it seems, customer contact,) in a string of mails over the next two months! I contacted Which magazine who provided me with a letter quoting my Consumer rights, contacted Trading standards and will be contacting Action Fraud. None of this information given to the company made any difference to their stand point. They bluntly refused to give me a full refund despite my rights. The website is misleading, the product descriptions are misleading, their terms and conditions are misleading, their phone number does not work and they cannot provide details about their superiors or London address when repeatedly asked. They are clearly a scam website, fraudulently extracting money from innocent customers. I wanted to pursue this on principle even though my credit card company did refund my money. Please pay by credit card if you do buy from them and then you can be reimbursed. The shoes which I cannot bear to look at will be going into the tip or a charity shop!

Do not use this company it is a scam very upset about being scammed they are just stealing peoples money needs stopping

Item received after a long wait was totally different to that ordered. Different style, Suze and material. Very cheaply made knitted nylon received. Despite offering 30 day full refund - you receive a diatribe about shipping back to a warehouse In china at cost of £30! They say they have no UK presence. Fortunately my bank helped reverse the transaction. Do not use this company.

I ordered 4 items and received 3 correct ones and 1 that was a hideous mistake. The back and forth explaining that I wanted to return the wrong item and have a refund for the one that never arrived was unbelievably long and drawn out. They tried to charge me more than the missing sweater cost to return the wrong item - which was their mistake in the first place. In the end I donated the wrong item to charity and only got 40% of the price of the missing sweater back. On top of this, the quality of the remaining sweaters is poor. Please don't shop here - shop elsewhere.

Dreadful! the quality is not what I was expecting. You’re also led to believe that it’s a UK based company in London. It’s not! it’s based in China.
The jumper I ordered was very poor quality. I emailed to ask about returning it. To which I was informed it would cost me £20-£30 to return it as it’s going back to China!! Very very misleading rip-off of a website - do not order .

This is a scam. they make you think this is a family business based in London when in reality is a company based in China. The shoes i got had nothing to do with the picture of the shoes they had in their website. They adverstised it as leather. What they sent me was so plastic that they stunk and i ordered a size 9 and i got a 7, they wanted me to pay return postage to China to get the correct size. After a lot of to and from i requested a charge back from my bank and luckily i got my money back. Beware they are opening more companies with a different name but the same picture of the shoes, stand clear of it.

Received my item after weeks of wait to find that they don’t look like shown on the pictures and the quality was really bad . £75 for this ? When I reached out to ask them for a refund and how to return their coat . They expressed that they wait because they care about the environment impact but I suspect they wait for multiple orders to be returned or they simply don’t like their items to be returned so they complicate it .

The dress I bought from Baker Wardrobe was not what was advertised and the fabric extremely poor quality. Welcome to the Pinterest world of shams, it is shameful that Pinterest support and promote such poor retailers!

A little research on Trustpilot before you purchase anything promoted by Pinterest might just save you disappointment & your well earned cash

not who they say they are. tracking doesnt appear as its coming from china. by time it arrives you are outside of the 14 day claim possibly from your bank.. wish i had seen the trust pilot reviews before i purchased. these chinese companies really are prolific. do not buy anything from pinterest or facebook.

Misleading “UK” website and returns policy. My coat didn’t fit, and Baker Wardrobe told me I’d have to return it to China at my own cost despite claiming “30-day free returns.”
Their email detailed that returns involve (verbatim):
• International shipping (£20–£30 cost depending on the courier)
• Customs paperwork and inspections (2–3 weeks on average)
• Risk of additional courier fees or package delays

Instead of providing a lawful UK return option, they offered a 10% refund if I kept the item. The company presents itself as UK-based but isn’t — a clear misrepresentation under UK consumer law. I’ve reported this to Trading Standards and my card provider. Avoid.

It’s all a scam. I could not get money refunded. Was sent a complete size larger and so obviously from China.
Have money refunded via fraud team at my bank.
The customer service phone does not even ring out. DO NOT TOUCH. SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM ONLINE.

Total scam. Bought shoes and when a pair arrived they were a completely different pair. They said it would cost me £20-30 to return them to China despite sending an incorrect item.

Absolute disgrace, still waiting for a partial refund of 25%.
