Too much AI and no human contact
Ordered a ring before the next day delivery cut off, I've had emails confirming that it has shipped/dispatched to DPD, DPD have not received it and keep referring me back to Bail and Stone who have promised it would be sent out today. However no one is answering the phone and there has been no more information from them. Extremely disappointing and have completely messed up plans. Unless they do same day delivery for Monday I am absolutely devastated
