Awful experience
Awful experience, I called twice to confirm if my order was expected to be delivered on time and was told that it was only to later receive a text saying it’s delayed.
Then arrived three days later than the expected date.
Advice to the company, if on you can’t guarantee that your product will be delivered on time then please tell your call centre staff to advise this accordingly.

Replacement ring given, still faulty, poor communication for a refund
Got sent a replacement engagement ring due to manufacturer error, clasp that holds stone in place kept lifting, then catching then snapping and lost the first stone. Sent us a replacement ring free of charge, same thing happening this time. Have requested a refund and not heard back. Last time communication was very swift and fair. This time not so much.

Outstanding Customer Service
I had bought earrings for a friend for a special birthday. One of the catches was loose and before she could get them repaired she lost one. She didn’t want to tell me so contacted Bail and Stone to buy a replacement. They don’t do single earrings but when she told them what had happened they explained it was a faulty product which was still within warranty and they would replace for free. No proof just good service. This is outstanding customer service. So impressive well done. Would not hesitate to buy from them again.
