TOTAL SCAM - ordered a bag Friday evening, made a mistake on the address and immediately tried to change it. Said they can’t change it and there is no option to reship an item. Customer services number doesn’t answer and money is lost. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I was initially a bit hesitant after reading some of the reviews, especially upon realizing the company isn’t UK-based. However, I ordered a large suitcase late on a Saturday night, and to my surprise, it arrived by Friday morning—well in time for my trip. I had contacted the company requesting expedited shipping, and they responded promptly, assuring me they would dispatch it as soon as possible. Overall, I’m very pleased with the service and had no issues at all. A smooth experience despite my initial concerns.

Parts of this website promise delivery in the UK in 2 to 4 days, other parts of the website promise max 5 days. My delivery took about 10 days, so I missed it ahead of a planned trip. I contacted customer service, and responses were slow.
I was informed that delays were due to the product shipping from Germany. But this has nothing to do with the fact promised delivery timeframes were not met, and nothing expected from a co.uk website. Best to avoid.

Ordered a Delsey suitcase, was a bit nervous after reading the reviews but today it arrived all in one piece and well packaged . Took a little longer than a U.K. site but that is to be expected as the suitcase came from Germany! I absolutely love it and will definitely be returning to buy more 😃

I was initially hesitant to use this seller because of several negative reviews on here, but my experience was straightforward. I ordered a single backpack, it took seven days to arrive (which I'd expected, because as I understand it the seller is based in Germany), and did so well-packaged and with clear communications from Evri about delivery location (with a neighbour, as requested). The price was the best I could source online. No worries at all about the quality of the goods. I can't speak to the returns process or to customer service, but if I felt confident about the brand I'd have no worries ordering from Bags.co.uk again.

I have been trying to contact this company to find out where my order is. They use an old trick which is to follow a bad review by posting a new great review themselves. I am at the end of my tether to be honest. No bag - money taken out of my account and the site will not let me into my account. Buyer beware.

Excellent company, processed the order quickly, the item was sent swiftly. The bag was perfect and with a very reasonable retail price compared to others, all round great service/product

I have been emailing this company as they have taken my money out twice on my credit card ,they are completely ignoring me ,the bag hasent arrived yet.but I did only order it last week .watch this space ,could be trading standards

I am currently reserving judgement on this, but I also wish I'd read the reviews here first before ordering. Always in hindsight, isn't it? The bag was sent back by tracked RM post. Two weeks later, and nothing. I messaged them. No immediate response. Finally, a response to say they've not received it, but quite clearly it's been received and signed for and I have proof. I'm concerned about the poor reviews here, so watch this space ...

I ordered a juicy bag before checking trust pilot and was initially a bit nervous because of all the negative reviews on here, and I never got an order confirmation email and the bag I ordered disappeared off their website, but it arrived today, perfectly packaged and in fabulous condition, only in a matter of days. Considering the postage is from Germany, it came very quickly. I’m very happy with my new bag and will be using Bags.co.uk in the future ☺️

I had a great experience! I got the bag I wanted £150 cheaper than the UK ! I had to wait 8 days but so worth it. Well happy :)

Bad online purchase experience, slow shipping and return at your own cost. The worst bit is waiting for return/refund. It took more than a month for me to get a return confirmation and refund since the return item arrived at their site. I had to keep sending messages to trace it. Waste of time and effort. My advice is to buy somewhere else!

Fraudulent- same as other reviewers. Not free returns despite advertising as such. Have returned items on 17th Jan but still waiting for refunds. Company not answering phone or emails.

Company are based in Germany and bags are shipped from there with very slow delivery. Free returns are advertised on their site for UK purchases but I am now being asked to pay for the return and my requests for free return shipping are being ignored. Avoid this company, not worth the hassle.

Sent item back over 2,3 weeks ago. Emailed twice with no response. Still waiting for my refund. Not good enough.

Ordered a bag from this company thinking it was a UK based company (should have checked location more throughly). Anyway I returned the bag I order well within the returns policy timeframe and when I tracked my order it had been received on 17th December 2024 at the address they provided, which is a UK based address. I still have not received my refund which is over £100 and every time I email them I cannot get a clear answer. Kept asking for proof of return which I provided my Royal Mail receipt when I first emailed them and had to keep sending them the receipt. The services is extremely poor and I would never order from the again and would not recommend others to order from them. If I had known they were not in the UK I would not have ordered and also they are misleading customers with a UK website and having a UK based return address
