I Luv all the Tory Burch bags purchased

I recently placed an order for a purse from this company and, after nearly a week without receiving any shipping confirmation, I reached out to check on the status. That was when I learned that my order had been cancelled — with absolutely no notification or explanation as to why.

What made the experience even more disappointing was the response I received when I asked for clarification. They essentially suggested that because this was my first time shopping with them, I simply wasn’t familiar with their process, while still offering no explanation for why they accepted my order and payment and then cancelled it.

This is not how you do business. If there was an issue fulfilling or shipping my order, particularly internationally to the U.S., that should have been communicated upfront. Instead, I was left with the impression that my business simply wasn’t worth the effort or cost of fulfilling the order.

Unfortunately, based on both the cancellation and the way my concerns were handled afterward, I would not recommend shopping here. A customer should not have to chase down a company just to discover that their order has been cancelled.

Every time I try to sell with this company, there's ALWAYS something wrong.

I send them photos, and they offer a payout price; I ship it, and all of a sudden, they can't take it anymore. With the most recent issue being two days ago, they stated it was because they couldn't accurately authenticate the bag. The bag IS real. As for the other two times, they rejected it and didn't say why. When I asked what indicators for the most recent issue that caused them to be uncertain, there was zero response.

They like to give you a quote, waste your time, and then ship it back to you. All that time I could've just sent it somewhere else. I gave them THREE times, and I'm not going to give them another chance. I'm done with this company.

I placed an order and a week later when checking to see a status update or tracking info, my order was nowhere to be seen. I emailed them and reached out and they said it was cancelled due to a further investigation. Money is money and i wanted the key wallet that matched my purse and regular wallet???? that all. they didnt reach out or notify me when it was cancelled

The strap was so long it hung below my butt. Couldn’t shorten it so I just returned it. Never used it

The bag was awesome- hardly any pachetta marks and the inside was super clean. The only thing I was a bit weary about was the fact that it didn't come with a COA, but I was able to confirm the authenticity. Now I need a wallet to match!!

I purchased the Gucci Flora Ophidia Small Bucket Bag, SKU 263486, from Bag Borrow or Steal. The original price was $1,195, but I paid a little over $900 after the discount. Which was great... because I seen the same item being promoted on other sites for a higher price. The bag is beautiful and arrived in excellent condition. There were a few minor imperfections, but nothing that was not already disclosed before I purchased it. The photos on the website were accurate and showed the purse exactly as it arrived. I am very happy with my purchase. Shipping was free and I had no issues with delivery. The purse actually arrived earlier than expected!

THIS is the place to sell your luxury handbags to if they are in excellent condition or very good condition. A few weeks ago, I requested quotes from Rebag, Yoogi's Closet, The Real Real and some local consignment shops. I went with Rebag and Bag Borrow or Steal because they offered the top prices. Sometimes Rebag was more, but Rebag's process is WAY slower. I can't rave enough of how easy and fast the payout was at Bag Borrow and Steal. I shipped them out the same time, and Rebag is still processing the buyouts, but most importantly, once Rebag does pay out, I have to wait another 14 days to get the cash or pay a 3% penalty. Bag Borrow and Steal sent payment to my PayPal account yesterday and today! I suggest skipping your local consignment company and getting a quote from here. I can't gush enough about how fast the process was.

What a joke. My bag is being sent back because they cannot completely authenticate my bag even though I sent the receipt with it. I should have listened to the warnings from the other bad reviews.
