Unusual Problem
As it was an unusual problem that had not been encountered before it took time to resolve but the steps Dylan took were methodical, he explained every step he was doing as he was going. he explained the possibilities of the problem and the possible remedies. a very satisfactory conclusion was reached, thanks

The right engineer required
My issue was unable to be solved by the first engineer I spoke with but once Kyle took over he was able to get it sorted after a few calls, he was very friendly and helpful
