Babble and Webex - Highly recommended
I use Babble and Webex at work and have done since Covid, it's an absolutely essential part of being able to work remotely whilst retaining full functionality of my work phone. The helpdesk always respond quickly and are able to resolve any issues I have. A special mention though to Zuni Ibrahim who is always there overseeing as the firm's Customer Experience Manager, nothing is too much trouble and she's a pleasure to deal with.

Whilst Dante was not able to fully resolve the issue with the printer, her tenacity to do so was exemplary. She is a great communicator and a kept me informed of what action was being taken throughout the log. She is a great credit to your business.
