Tim kept us very informed. He came earlier than planned. Was very professional and took his time. Tim told us all the options and then guided us through the full ordering system. We have booked him again to fit the Starlink msystem when it arrives.

B4RK has provided a perfect solution for alternative to landline FTTP which I have been waiting for many years & never happened. Their external antenna's capability to boost the wireless signal up to 70 to 80 Mbps download speed is impressive. I should have found out B4RK sooner. Recommend thoroughly to anyone considering it. £375 installation and £45 a month unlimited subscription is really worth it.

Excellent and speedy service from Tim. Ariel quite inconspicuous and the difference this has made to our broadband speed is phenomenal. We had no chance of every getting higher speed via cable as we would have to a) get everyone in our rural lane to agree to pay a very significant share of the cost to BT/OpenReach, who hold us all over a barrel. I cannot recommend Broadband for Rural Kent highly enough.

After recently moving into a new home, we discovered the broadband speeds via the phone line were very poor and unstable, after numerous BT Openreach engineer visits, we were left without a reliable connection and poor internet speeds, making it impossible to work from home, stream TV and do most normal day-to-day things online.

After seeing B4RK's advert on social media about helping people in rural areas get connected, we decided to have a survey from B4RK.

We were given an indication of expected speeds on the day & really impressed with Tim and his solution.

Tim was professional and very helpful.

I used B4rk for my employer to install a 4g connection at our place of work which has a very poor mobile signal. B4rk attended site and completed the installation in a very professional manner and our signal has not failed yet. Due the the level of service I recommended them for an installation of another 4g connection at my local Rugby Club, which again has a very poor signal. The feedback from our current chairman, "The WiFi has never been so quick". I would highly recommend B4rk for there knowledge and professionality of the service they demonstrated to any business or domestic customer.

The only place I could find a Wifi6 repeater directly compatible with my router. The model I wanted only seems to be available from ISPs for a monthly subscription. Decent price and quick delivery, very simple to set up, perfect.

We are in Norton and have had to struggle with 4Mb internet speed for years. No longer...Tim put a receiver on the roof of a barn and then linked to the house - coming back multiple times to make sure everything was as we wanted. We now get 60Mb to the house - absolutely fantastic result and really excellent customer service from Tim. Thoroughly recommended.

We live in a remote location near Doddington. We've suffered with copper line speeds of 5 down, 0.3 up. This was also constantly going down and taking weeks for Openreach to repair.
We'd had other rural Internet, so called expert's survey the property. No one could offer us a workable solution.
Enter Tim and B4RK. Tim spent hour's searching with a directional antenna with built in modem. Tim cross referenced known mast locations with my property coordinates to line up the antenna and tested at various heights.
I know have a dish on the roof supplying speeds of 30-60 down and 18-24 up. Life changing. We're over the moon. The installation itself, was challenging but Tim delivered exactly what he promised. Highly recommended.

We live outside Headcorn and had ADSL speeds of about 8Mbps download and .7 Mbps upload - a real struggle for a family of 5. There's no chance of getting fibre out here either.

Tim fitted a 4G antenna to our chimney and we now have 25-30Mbps upload and download which is working a treat.

Tim's service is friendly and speedy. Would definitely recommend.

We're moving to a brand new business premises. Its a bit out in the sticks but we cant operate without a sizable internet connection. I really didn't want the head ache of organising our internet connection on top of everything else.
Tim was really knowledgeable and set out our best options in a practical and understandable way.

We contacted Tim due to our internet being non-existent and running a 4G WiFi in our home. We experienced extremely slow intermittent speeds. Tim came and placed a 4G dish on our property. Our speed has doubled. After experiencing some snags, Tim came straight away and resolved them, available on the phone whenever needed. Highly recommend Tim, fantastic service, and genuine guy!

My husband and I had big concerns when we found out that the property we had purchased near Staplehurst had very poor broadband speed. Thankfully B4RK came to our rescue and fixed a 4G antenna to our roof which gives us speeds of around 50MB. Tim is very helpful and attentive. He took time to ensure the antenna was in the best position to get a fast connection even though it meant having to climb high up near our roof to fix it. Overall a brilliant service that I would highly recommend.

Our B4RK installation was done very quickly, efficiently and cleanly. Tim discussed with us beforehand about where the antenna would be situated and where cables would run on the outside and inside of our cottage. Speeds were checked during the installation to make sure we had the maximum speed available. I really would recommend B4RK no hard selling, instead - efficient and personal service!
