Tim has literally just left the building and I couldn't NOT flock to Trustpilot.

The most important thing for me (having no clue about anything in the world), was a bit of advice and guidance about what was possible, where we should be installing, how it should be done. Tim allayed all fears, made sure I was happy with everything pre, during and post-install. Setup done in next to no time. Clean and neat install (great for my OCD).

B4RK managed to fit us in pretty damn quickly and has fixed pricing (although they could easily put these up given how brilliant the experience has been).

Speeds over 230% up on before which has blown my tiny little mind.

We have been suffering from continual problems with our BT phone and broadband lines for 20 years. BT's broadband speed here was 3.5 mbps at best and charged at full price by BT regardless. B4RK is a breath of fresh air, professionally and quickly installed and broadband speeds at least 8 times faster than BT at much lower prices. Well done!!

I bought a Zyxel wifi mesh extender product which is not easy to find in UK at a better price than the big online seller (don't know if I'm allowed to mention other companies). Delivery was prompt and the product does what is says on the tin.

Credit where it’s due, it’s great customer service and the installation was quick our broadband speeds are now out of the dark ages, thank you.

I highly recommend B4RK! Thier prompt service and solution, efficient and friendly service providing me with a radical increase in 4G connectivity to 70mbps in an area barely able to provide broadband over 1 to 2 mbps.

Tried several different companies to get a decent broadband speed. B4RK definitely came out on top. Easy to book and quick appointment to install system. Best of all you could actually speak on the telephone to a real person with questions and answers.

Great job by Tim at B4RK setting up the high gain aerial solution to access fast broadband at our rural location. The implementation happened only a week following our order, and the aerial was set up discretely. We feel as if we have joined the 21st century! :)

We are new to FTTP (Fibre To The Premises) and VOIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol).
Having had full-fibre, with a "Zyxel EX3301-TO Wireless Gigabit Ethernet Dual Band Router", installed to our premises, and trying to work out how to make and receive phone calls over our new broadband connection, we needed answers to the following questions:

1. Will I be able to map the same SIP account (which is connected with the VOIP service provider's
Analogue Telephone Adapter, ATA) also to the PHONE 1 and to the PHONE 2 ports on the Zyxel Router?

2. Will I then be able to plug a 2nd and a 3rd analogue RJ11-plug phone (NOT DECTs) into the PHONE 1 and to the PHONE 2 ports?

3. Will we then be able to make and receive calls from/to our home phone number from all of the 3 analogue phones?

4. Will all 3 phones ring when a call comes in?

5. i.e. just like with the present analogue phones plugged into the RJ11 analogue phone extension network connected to BT?

We emailed these questions to our Fibre+Router supplier ... No response.
We emailed these questions to the VOIP service provider we thought were the best choice ... No response.

We could find no answers on Zyxel or VOIP service provider websites.
Then, an Internet search told us that "Broadband For Rural Kent - B4RK" supplied the same "Zyxel EX3301-TO Router" with their broadband installations.

The website shop for "Broadband For Rural Kent - B4RK" stocked the RJ11 "Phone Adapter" cable with plugs, which we needed to connect our existing analogue phone "long thin" plugs to the Zyxel Router's "square" PHONE 1 and PHONE 2 sockets.
Our order from the B4RK online shop arrived quickly, even with current postal strikes.

Our email enquiry received rapid response by phone and email, with the answers we needed.
B4RK are now our VOIP Service Provider, and we are in the process of having our long-standing phone number transferred to our VOIP subscription.

I have just had fibre installed to get 300Mb/s and my old extender didn’t cut it anymore. The installation came with a Zyxel Router, so I started looking for compatible mesh extenders and yours was just the ticket. So easy to setup and does exactly what I expected

B4RK isn't just for rural Kent. I found them looking for a hard-to-source ZYXEL Wifi extender. Not only did they have it in stock, they shipped for next day delivery and for free and at a very competitve price.
