Azure Parking - scam
Leon Wolf the Director of Azure Parking Ltd is the scum of the earth.
Do not pay nor appeal till he will not prove that you parked wrongfully.
His strategy is to accuse law abiding citizens and get away with it because they don't want to be harassed.
No legal sign on the road yet I received a parking charge
I have received a parking charge with a wrong address. The charge says that I have parked in Morden, Aberconway Road at 7:55 PM and the restriction on that road is until 7PM. And I couldn't remember parking then. I spend 30 minutes to find out that I have stopped to pickup someone in another road (next to Sainsburys) which is a double yellow line. There isn't any legal road sign on that street. when I called them, they said the road is private and appealing won't help me. I am going to write a complaint to Morden council chase this issue.

I paid for my parking and have a receipt but they still sent a letter saying that I failed to pay for parking. Tried to appeal but have no confirmation that it has been submitted even though this button was pressed. It just sent me back to the details of offence page. I'll be on the phone to them again. Awful company
It's a scum
It's a scum ! The operate unlawfully !
Very weird Parking charge ! Stopped on side of the road for less then 2 mins for an emergency and they sent me parking charge
Call Police fraud line
I’ve spoken with these scumbags twice in two days. Today after speaking with the police fraud office. The address they sent on the parking charge I received does not exist. I have the details of two people who operate the company. One in Doncaster and the other in North west London. The business address on Companies house is a house on a leafy street. Cannot locate an office for them. They even refused to give me the postcode of where the offence was meant to have been committed. Let’s wait for their henchmen.
1 star I would give less if I could
1 star I would give less if I could. This company are cowboys. They have sent me a. Parking fine. I asked them for photographs evidence they said they would provide it for me. Next thing I know they have sent my debt to a debt recovery Agency. They are bandits. I will not pay them a penny until I get photo evidence.
1 star is 1 star to many for this…
1 star is 1 star to many for this company. As a driver and someone who pays all the costs involved in driving to keep my car legal. I was fined by these unscrupulous people for a small contravention in parking. Now while I accept that parking is a contentious issue for everyone, this company charge a simply monstrous amount of money for a very low level infringement. I see every week in the local papers criminals get charged less for doing far worse. To rub salt into the wounds, these people charge you even more hidden in the small print and when you call, £1.95 admin charge on an already grotesque fine and then a further 53p for the privilege of a receipt.
These people have no morals and no thought for people who are either pensioners or people on lower incomes struggling to make it by day to day. The quicker Northamptonshire West Council (if that is who employes these people) gets rid of them the better.
I am not just venting because I received a fine. I would pay a reasonable fine for my mistake. However for my mistake this was a wholly unreasonable fine and just a way of lining pockets of the directors of this highwaymen company. Disgusting, and I would say and advise anyone on a carpark run by this company read every part of the notice board, this company seems to love small print and hidden charges, better still avoid them and find somewhere else to park.
For the benefit of the company if the fines were fair and reasonable for the infringement created you might not get such poor or venomous reviews. Your fines are wholly inappropriate for the wrong they are supposed to right. It is disgusting and I can honestly understand why some people after reading similar reviews about your and other companies like yours, refer to companies such as yours as legalised thieves.
This is a company with no ethical value
This is a scam company. They have no customer focus and only focus is on making money for their parking landowner clients by fining low-income citizens by luring them for free parking for an hour or two. The number of fines common people are paying to make the landowners rich is ridiculous. If they want to make money, they should make it ethically by allowing customers to buy parking times but not by fining them where some can't even afford parking and let alone these high fines. I am not sure how the local council allow such businesses operating in their areas. I am sure if they audit them, they will find there are no signs at the entrance mentioning the times and parking charges and whether you can buy extra parking times and there are no parking meters. They have only signs for fines, so you can make money legally. The one in Northampton at Peter walk is just a shame, it is a legal way of making money from the middle class who are always looking for a bargain and the free 2-hour parking lures them to this place and they are fined. The Northampton council should check all the reviews online and should take action against the landowner, at least provide the customer to buy parking hours. Making money from the low-income people will never be a sustainable business and it will collapse eventually.
