Always get great service and good quality products at a competitive price. I’ve shopped at AX on many occasions and staff have always been very helpful.

From order to delivery was just over two weeks. When the delivery arrived two of the more expensive doors were damaged with scratches and one had been filled with a coloured filler. The doors come wrapped in bubble wrap but no cardboard or anything to prevent any damage in transit. I called AX straight away and sent them photos of the damage and when one door had been filled. They told me that this has never happened before. I asked how the doors have got through quality control , which they had no answer to.

I asked AX to send out replacement doors straight away and they said they wouldn't be possible as the doors are made by a 3rd party and they are made to order , so there was no way of getting them straight away. AX said they would let me know when they could get me the replacements. I had to wait for two days of chasing to be given an answer which was then it would be another week from then before they could get them sent out.

I spoke to the manager AX who said he didn't want to rock the boat with the supplier and chase too hard with them as he deals with them a lot and they give him good service usually.

In this time I realised I need another door for the project to match the others and AX did rush that through and get it put on delivery with the replacements and at a slightly reduced cost.

The replacements did arrive when AX said they would and they were in better condition that the first but still had a couple of scuffs on them which i have since managed to polish out as time was not on my side.

The doors are made to a good standard but could do with being packaged better and checked off before sending out.

AX did deal with my issues but I feel that was because of how relentless I was in getting answers.
