Excellent communication, brilliant colour and quick delivery

Made life a lot easier by having things cut to size. Well packaged too.

You can communicate that you have received the order. The plinths were left in the rain somebody was in but didn't knock the door. Because they were left in the rain and not in waterproof packaging they swelled and were not fit for purpose.

Good professional service

Ordered a bunch of custom-cut oak faced melamine shelving to make a computer desk and wardrobe unit with.
All pieces were dropped of first thing in the morning by Mersey MDF themselves (as i'm local) in perfect condition and all cut to the very mm specified.
Really happy with the quality, especially with the edging; all nicely finished, and it isn't the cheap iron-on stuff either. It's much thicker and plasticy and should last a long time unlike the iron on stuff that tends to peel after a while.

The only complaint (though it's not really a complaint, more feedback) Is that the delivery guy (who was a top bloke) delivered the wood literally minutes before I got an email to let me know it was out on the road for delivery that morning.
After the 10 working day processing time for the order, the delivery guy quite literally turned up out of the blue first thing in the morning.
Not a problem for me as I was home anyway, but it might have been a wasted journey for the fella had I not been at home that morning.
So a little more notice would be great for all parties.

That said, i'll be building another wall unit in the coming weeks/months and i'll definitely be returning to Mersey MDF!

One tiny issue with packaging which meant minor damage to corner of board. Maybe needs a plastic edge or corner support for transit.

Took a while to come. One plinth was damaged, but they sent a replacement. Overall a good experience. Will use them again

I honestly thought this couldn’t be real! When my kitchen was refloored the kitchen boards became unusable. We thought about going to our DIY store and getting sheets cut and vinyl wrapping them, costly and our DIY stores wood cutting section is never open or working.
Quick Google search and found Mersey MDF. Measurements in, colour selected and all added to the basket. I saved enough money from what we originally worked out it would cost to put a deposit down on a holiday. Just over a week later and they arrived, wrapped and packaged within an inch of their life and when I installed them you can’t tell they aren’t the original boards. This is a genius company and I can’t recommend it enough, it has solved a problem in such a professional and well priced way. Eternally grateful that I no longer have to see underneath my kitchen cabinets. Would recommend and return 100%

Needed some made to measure plinths for my kitchen, found this company on Google.... ordering was easy, plinths arrived in good condition have already recommended to a friend who's a kitchen fitter.

The ordering process for bespoke shelves is super easy. The website makes it really straightforward to see what you can order and how much it will cost so ordering what I needed took just about five minutes including paying, and they then prepared the order to a really high quality well within the expected time. Collection from their premises was also really easy and they were able to help us over several days with additional purchases at really short notice when we discovered that our project had some extra needs.
