I am really disappointed with the service of Axis solicitors. very unprofessional attitude. They don't have any experience of Adoption cases. They don't even have information that children should have TB test before going for biometric and because of them I have to wait longer and paid fee twice. They shouldn't take Adoption case but they ruined my case and because of their misrepresentation, three lives (me, my wife and our adopted son) disturbed and suffered. My wife has continuous stress and anxiety because of their misrepresentation and become blood pressure and diabetes patient. They keep lying through out and don't have any knowledge of adoption process. They are just interested in money. They don't have any sympathy to client just interested in their fee. I am going to complaint to them and Law society as well for my full fee refund.
