Completely do not recommend it
Completely do not recommend it. I have paid a server for a month, the hardware is completely inconsistent with what they said. More outrageous is that they don't provide any reply or support, just terminate my service without refunding. Speak well and serve customers like god when sale, and then discard one side.
Update at 2024.10.19:
Firstly, the platform lies to me about the hardware. I got in for what it says in the page, but it is not actually.
Moreover, they doesn't give effective reply and support, just keep discarding me. I kept speaking out, but there was no response. I paid and have used many platforms and haven't seen anyone like this. Other platforms would provide very friendly reply and assistance, except this platform.
Thirdly, they just terminated my machine directly without any prior notice or negotiation! it's very outrageous.
And I haven't seen any refund till now! Also I completely refuse to accept the so-calledToS violation fee of $100. Not any of my fault, they lied to me at first and refused to give me any assistance.
Finally, I just use VPN due to some regional policies, this is very common. I use many other platforms very well, except this platform. It seems ridiculous that they use this to attack me. More firmly, completely do not recommend this platform.

Customer wanted to run disallowed BIOS settings that would damage the hardware. We politely declined, and informed the customer that we will not run settings that could potentially harm our equipment. We were explicitly told by Intel that their request would be damaging to the CPU, and this was relayed to them.
After we declined their request the customer started behaving erratically, spamming our messages and text channels.
Ultimately, we discovered the user was violating our Terms of Service and was terminated to protect our equipment. We refunded the customer a pro-rated amount for the remaining time, however they are the first customer in our history to receive our ToS violation fee of $100 per offense due to their behavior and unwillingness to accept our decline of their BIOS changes.
The customer is flagged within Stripe as "High Risk", has continuously used VPNs and other anonymizer services to hide their identity. With the totality of risk involved, the violation of ToS, and their hostility, we decided to part ways with this customer.
I wish there was an option for a 10 Star Rating
Just the Customer service The Staff and Management have, They are just super willing to help out and if there is a problem with your Service they will tell you and what exactly you did wrong.

Great experience, will continue to be a customer.
It's always a little nerve racking when looking into finding new server hosts. The team over at AWN.GG made the transition easy and quick. After placing our order, we received a reply immediately and services were all setup within the hour. The team continued to work with us as we required a bit more assistance in getting everything to our liking. After assisting us, we placed another order for some additional services to be added to our package. They immediately took the support ticket and processed it.

Amazing Service, Great Quality
My experience with awn has been amazing. I've had to open two support tickets during my first month and received replies within an hour of opening each. The responses were diligent and resolved all of our issues.
The only pain I have, is I have to open a support ticket to reinstall my server OS, which isn't that big of a deal if you're not in a time rush.
