The wine ordering process was fine but…
The wine ordering process was fine but once again was let down by the delivery process with the box just dumped in our porch and quick bang on our door. Because my wife and I are now well into our 80s and not able to lift heavy weights we have asked on a number of occasions when we order wine for the delivery firm to help lift the box into our home. Alas, although we called out to the delivery man and he looks in our direction he carried on to the van and sped away. Hence the lower rating!

My wine
My wine, 6 cases, was delivered to the foyer, rather than my flat. The delivery man refused to take it to my flat, which l had to. I complained to my Wine Advisor who gave me a £50 credit. I do hope you will recharge this to the Delivery Provider and make a formal complaint. When l order again, l will require assurance that wine will be delivered to my flat.
