Friendly and responsive customer service. I experienced an issue with policy renewal through auto pay where more than one deduction was made and after one phone call it was taken care of that day. Every interaction with Staff has been a pleasant one and I thank Avemco for their commitment to aviation safety.

They took my money and sent me a stack of paper that says I have insurance, fortunately since I have never had a claim I can’t say if this company is worth a shit or not ? I can’t really write a review however they always answer the phone when I call and they promptly cash my checks .

Policy renewal
This interaction was for a policy renewal. It went off without a hitch. One observation. The pilot update request does not have all the pilot experience categories that appear on the verification paperwork. This leads to some illogical and clearly wrong experience hours in some categories that were not requested. For example, make and model time was updated and was more than multiengine time that was not updated even though the mm was multiengine. I corrected this easily with a phone call. However, requesting experience updates in all categories may be just more annoying than it is worth.

I normally hate talking on the phone, but Lukas made my call extremely easy and painless. I was able to update my policy very quickly and easily. Incredible customer service and I will be sticking with Avemco in the future.
