The service was fine... But
The service was fine. Timely, quick enough, friendly,
provided the information I needed.
But I requested a confirmation of payment and eCopy of my Policy....which never cam. Rats ! now FBO SheltAir is bugging me about it.

Very responsive quote and insuring process. Paul Athey was very pleasant and explained everything quite well. Cost was hi, but that is to be expected with a New Pilot and a twin Engine.

Easy to work with
Easy to work with, allows me to change status of aircraft with a simple phone call. I am an older pilot but keep current in all aspects of flying including IFR. They take that into consideration.
