good for application for apt/ hme

I used this site to do an application for my apt.
IT went smooth. I got approved and found my landlord uses a different service for their rent collections.
it is a good tool to add multiple application in searching for a apt/ home.

I love the hospitality

Avail makes tracking rent payments a breeze, and send out automatic late payment notices. Easy to screen potential tenants and removes a lot of the headache a small rental business owner may face. Have recommended it to other friends and they have also found success with the avail software. We manage 7 units and Avail has made tracking rent and fees easy.

Not a great applicant process for the normal renter.

I need to see the applications even if they are incomplete. My potential renters are not very sophisticated nor likely to be able to fill in every blank. I'd like to see who is applying and work with them. I'm precluded from even peeking as your platform is to rigid.
