The sweater I bought from their website was pictured and described as an embroidered sweater. What arrived (shipped from China) is a cheap looking T-shirt. When I contacted customer service they assured me that I had received what I ordered, slight differences in appearance from what's on the website aren't their fault. I have the option of returning it at my own expense to "No. 2 freight elevator on the west side of the 3rd floor, upstairs, Yuantong Express, No. 409, Suxi Yiwu Town". Completely disreputable.

Can I give zero stars?
This stuff is pure schlock. Cheap, nasty, 100% polyester (when any fiber is even listed).
Scam, scam, scam.
No return address, of course.
This stuff is going straight to the donations bin.

Ordered an embroidered sweater received a cheap shirt instead. FYI Ava and June are out of China not N.C.. When we contacted the merchant for refund we were given a bogus address to ship to at our expense. Do not buy anything from this merchant.

The "wool" sweater was polyester that had an oder and was poorly made, from fabric to stitching. Not as advertised and now removed from the website. All made in China no USA affiliated store at all. Scam. SCAM.

Misleading advertising and poor quality. I thought Ava and June was a U.S.-based company, but the items clearly ship from China — not made obvious at checkout. What was advertised as a turtleneck sweater was actually a thin, cheap 100% polyester shirt that looked nothing like the photos online. All five tops I ordered were equally bad and misrepresented.

After reading the return policy, I likely won’t even bother sending them back due to international shipping costs. I wish I’d checked reviews first — the Facebook ad should have been my first red flag. Buyer beware!

Utterly disgusted with products. Nothing I received matched the photographs online.

I bought two sweaters on this website. One is fine. The other is a trainwreck.

The Maurine Vintage floral print turtleneck sweater is NOT as shown on the website. The photo on the website is clearly of a knitted sweater. I can see the stitches. It appears to be embroidered in the photo. In fact, the description says, "Meet the sweater everyone is falling in love with — crafted from a soft, high-quality cotton blend that delivers the perfect balance of warmth, breathability, and everyday comfort. With its elegant embroidered details and ultra-soft knit, this piece brings effortless charm to any outfit.

What actually arrived is not a knitted or embroidered sweater. It is a printed pullover. It doesn't even try to appear to have knitted stitches in the print. It is also 100% polyester. It is worth maybe half of what I paid for it.

Honestly, so very, very disappointing. There is nothing elegant, embroidered, cotton, sweater, or ultra-soft about this item.

The sad part is that it's going to cost me about half of what I paid for it to return it to to China. While the website does have a return policy, it must be in original packaging, at my expense, shipped with tracking to their warehouse in China.

I also question the veracity of the reviews on their website, given that there is nowhere on the website that actually allows me to give a review.

The clothes are pretty, but your chances of getting what you paid for are low.

Further research on their Facebook site shows that many others have had the same experience. Also, they're hiding comments--a bad sign.

I am another customer who was scammed. Yes I ordered a beautiful sweater and was charged $62.00.
What I received was absolutely awful. No paperwork included no tracking information at all. What a fool I was for not checking them out. I have my bank trying to help but I think I will not win this one. What do they always say, "Buyer Beware"
Pitiful and shameful.

Product that was pictured was a nice knit sweater with a pretty design. I will post a picture if I can get it to download. The product that was received was cheap ugly fabric, not a nice knit sweater. I guess I should have done my research before I ordered. Absolutely horrible quality and it all came from China.

Less than 1 star should be an option! I have had the same experience! Advertised and pictured sweaters…received printed cheap cloth. The worst scam I have ever seen. Company shows a photo of a mother/daughter, Caucasian, with a placard that says Augusta. These people are in China. When I reached out they blame lighting for photos…this is insane.

Just like everyone else- it was supposed to be a embroidered sweater and it came as a crappy printer shirt that looks nothing like the picture. It would cost $32 to send it back to China- I am disputing it with my credit card company. They are a total scam!

Totally scammed! Item advertised was NOT the same item received. I thought I was ordering a beautiful grey sweater with embroidery flowers. Ha! What I received was a cheap, turtle neck print polyester shirt. What a complete disappointment and a sham. Do not order from this company!

Scam operation with Fraudulent advertising and product not as promised or depicted.

I don't usually write reviews of products, but this one doesn't even deserve 1 star. HORRIBLE bait and switch. Ordered 3 "sweaters" and ended up with 3 polyester shirts that aren't worth the plastic bag they arrived in. I was offered the 15% refund others were offered if I kept the items, but will opt to send them back to CHINA and not Georgia, USA like I assumed they were located according to their website. Who knows if I'll actually get anything for them, but we'll see.

Scam. Ordered the floral sweater and received the same shirt others did. Polyester, ribbed, shiny, small, turtleneck shirt. They offered 15% for future purchases. Scam scam scam.

Same awful experience/product as others...I suggest we all file a complaint at econsumer.gov since we NOW know it's an international.company and NOT the Augusta, Georgia US company we all thought as advertised. Not sure we'll ever see our money back but maybe prevent others from same fake/false advertising...

I, too thought I purchased a beautifully embroidered grey turtleneck sweater. O. M. G. It is GARBAGE! An ugly ribbed polyester shirt with flowers all over it - FUGLY! And for $60!!!! It sickens me they're able to get away with this. False advertising!!

Ordered a gray floral embroidered sweater. Received a polyester gray floral shiny shirt. So effin ugly. They offered a 15% refund w/o sending it back or refund to someplace in China. Should have checked here first.

Total garbage. "Ava" and "June" do not exist and they are not in Augusta, GA.
Ordered 3 sweaters and got 3 cheesy, poorly sized, poorly made pieces of cheap material held together by ridiculously poor workmanship. Shame on me for not looking here first but they surely have paid a hefty price (that can be afforded by ripping so many people off) to have a fake website and fake 5-star reviews.

This company is a scam. I ordered a beautiful embroidered sweater. Something completely different and cheap arrived from China. Buyer has to pay return shipping to China...and the only refund is 15%. No customer service...just a bot.
