Brad Alexander was the person I had ,helping me with the loan process. He worked endless hours to find me the best loan,and keeping me informed of what was going on throughout the process. I appreciated his help. I can say ,for me having a credit score of 820, I feel I should have been able to get a better interest loan for less payments. But this world is not as we think it should be these days . Loan Companies are greedy ,but that’s not his fault.

Communication was challenging st times as well as understanding the whole process

Once I got an approval it seemed great but then my “assigned loan agent” was suddenly out of the office for a week. His “supervisor” stepped in to help and was trying to help but was very sloppy when reaching out. I emailed both for updates no response. I called their 800 number for an update was told the loan funded and if I wanted to talk to my loan agent. I was connected, the guy answered immediately and in an awkward stumbling voice asked if he could call me back in 2-3 mins. That never happened. I emailed an hour later asking when can I contact or will I hear from the credit union. Neither replied. Horrible follow up, horrible service. They held up my loan for proof of insurance and yet I am being asked for it now from the same credit union,
On top of all this even after they got my loan approved more inquiries! I found this company via Credit Karma and was so hopeful it was a good company to work with, I urge anyone shopping around with good credit do it on your own. These guys ran credit just like anywhere else would have.

Jillian is a gem! I was shocked at how much care and detail went into this process of refinancing my vehicle. She was extremely attentive and helpful. Very trustworthy company as well. It means a lot now a days to have great customer service and trust your information with someone. They also cut my bill in half!

Agent Cathryn was very helpful and patient in all aspects. She kept me informed concerning where I was in the process. I had some trouble with Docusign (I did it incorrectly) and she walked me through. The documents had to be redone, but the next round was easy. She is very patient and kind with great customer service.

Sounds too good to be true. Tried chasing me 10,000+ more than what I currently owe acting like they are doing me a favor.

My 14,000 owed turned into 24,000 owed.

Felicia was the best customer service person that I ever had contact with. She was very knowledgable and patiently walked me all of the way through it. She even listened to my stories and laughed at my corny jokes. Everyone should be lucky enough to get her as an agent.

Everyone was easy to get ahold of, friendly, easy to talk to and they made it easy to ask questions. The website was easy to use and was always up to date. The whole process was actually quicker than we expected so that was awesome! We definitely are very appreciative with everyone helping us.

He was very helpful with providing me different scenarios, was efficient with my time, and was patient yet tenacious with getting me the best solution.
