I worked with a broker name Sean, everything was fine. At first he got me a good rate a good monthly payment but when I called, I had just made my $400 regular payment then I had to put down a 432 down payment to refinance and then after that a couple weeks later my regular car payment was due again so another $400 then I got the approval letter and it said that my payment for my new loan would be due in 14 days. He was supposed to put the payment out 45 days after I had made the down payment so that it would help with the costs of the refinance. He didn’t put it out 45 days and I had to spend a lot of money which hurt me in the pocket. Then when I tried to call and ask questions about it, I called and text and I got ghosted I had to actually talk to another person to just find out information of what happened with it. So the communication part after he did his little Shiesty salesman tactics and got the money from me he just ignored me and ghosted me that is not good business so I’m not happy about that. Do better with communication.

submitted my contact info on Sunday. Monday morning 3 calls and 2 texts before 9am, I texted a couple questions, no reply until 8am the next morning. 2 different texts saying they got me approved... but I hadn't even sent any info yet and the price range they mentioned now is 2.5X as much as the offer that got me to contact them. Sent a few more questions just after 9am, 9:30pm now and no response. Maybe keep looking...

Doing this refinance was a royal pain in the ass since my car title was still out of state but due to the perseverance of my agent, Alexa Fox, we finally got everything completed.
