Brilliant company very helpful

This is the second time around I've been wuth auto logistics and I must say they are brilliant and fast workers I cannot recommend them enough.

To begin with I could not fault the help that I had received when my partner had an accident in my car. Communication was swift and after all the Id checks were completed a hire car was arranged.

The car arrived a day sooner than it should - great, but, was left out the front of the house, key given to my parents with a booklet then the lady left. Nothing was signed for or the damage on the car was not discussed. ( appreciate this is a 3rd party and not actual ALS)

I have had to do at least 90% of the chasing for my claim, any information that was requested was sent over. Pictures and videos were sent over once I’d finished work. To then get a phone call nearly 4 months later requesting the same information.

I have had to complete my own HPI checks as I was told my car had been written off previously, yet when I complete the check there was only 1. All this information I have had to find out and send over when it isn’t my job to do so.

I have messaged the whats app group, I have rang just to be told it’s in the hands of the 3rd party insurers. We’re chasing every other day. I have sent an email to the complaints department which should have acknowledged my complaint and got back to me within 5 days.. I’ve heard nothing. The complaint should have been settled within 4 weeks. I’ve heard nothing.

I have been told 3-4 different things when I ring up to see what problem is occurring at that time. Only to be told different things. I have had the car on loan now for 132 days, that’s costing someone £80 a day. We’re currently at £10,560 just for the renting of the hire vehicle. My claim is not even for a 3rd of that and I’m still waiting!

This really needs resolving promptly otherwise I will have to take it much higher!

I had a car accident and was delivered a hire vehicle which had a puncture, after numerous phone calls and emails to the hire company, AA and garages in order to get the puncture repaid and get mobile again, it was so distressing and frustrating then I called auto logistics and spoke with Natasha who advised me she will get me another hire vehicle delivered at 8 am so I can get to work as I had 2 days off due to my accident.

My car was damaged in a collision on the 17th of July on the 18th I contacted Auto Logistic Solutions their team were amazing from start to finish keeping me informed throughout I received a my curtesy car on the 19th of July and my car was repaired by K. JAMES & SONS and was returned in perfect condition. I cannot thank the team at Auto Logistic Solutions enough and Keith and his Sons for the awesome job they did repairing my car.

This is the second time I have had the need to use ALS. Communication was great again, and they arranged for everything to be completed quickly and easily. They have taken the stress out of dealing with a no fault accident.

I cannot praise this company enough. I had an accident on a Saturday and by Monday I had spoken with a very professional, sympathetic call handler, I had a hire car arranged for me, repairs organised and with minimal fuss and form completions was put at ease with a seamless, stress free outcome. I was expecting the disruption to my life to last for months. I was kept informed every step of the way and I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Team was excellent they took all the stress out from my side, they took care every transporting the car, getting me a new hire car literally in hours, every time that I had a question where more than happy to reply and guide me.

Amazing experience

This company provided me with a hassle and stress free experience when an accident occurred with my vehicle. The employees went above and beyond to give me updates. I would like to specially mention Alan as he was very emphatic and helpful understanding our needs and demands and helping us out majorly it’s an understatement to say he went above and beyond.

What a good experience. From start to finish. All taken care of by Auto Logistics. They contacted me minutes after I put my claim in. My car was picked up on the Monday my hire car was dropped of to me ASAP. I picked my car up on Friday, it was all taken care of in two weeks. My car looks perfect again. Avoid this Company, cannot be trusted, they only look after their own pocket, They change my final price at last minute after 2 months,
They are Dodgy all the way round.

Communication non existent, zero empathy whatsoever, actually made my whole serious crash situation ten times more difficult to handle . My anxiety and nerves have gone worse , should put these down as part of my injury claim amd I honestly feel so down .

Excellent service, very helpful and nothing was too much when I was hit by another driver.
