I received a MAF sensor in completely unacceptable condition. The part arrived dirty, scratched, with a visible dent as you can see in one of the photos, clear signs of prior use and no original manufacturer packaging — it came wrapped in an old plastic bag that smelled like motor oil.
I paid for a new part and they sent me something used of unknown origin. On top of being a scam, it's a real safety risk for my vehicle.
I'm a returning customer and this experience completely destroyed the trust I had in this store. I sent multiple emails to resolve the issue and they never even bothered to respond. Complete silence.
To make matters worse, returning the product would require paying for international shipping — an additional loss on top of the money already spent.
Avoid them. Not worth the risk.
UPDATE: The company asked for my order number to resolve this case, but there is no way to contact them privately through this platform. My order number is #2106647. I hope this helps move things forward and I will update this review once the issue is resolved.

Receiving a MAF sensor in a dirty, scratched, and dented condition, wrapped in a plastic bag instead of the original manufacturer's packaging, is a severe violation of our strict quality standards. We only sell brand-new parts, and what happened here appears to be a critical warehouse or processing error that we need to investigate immediately.
Furthermore, we want to apologize unreservedly for the lack of response to your previous emails. This communication silence is absolutely not how we operate, and we are currently auditing our customer support system to find out why your messages were missed.
Please rest assured that you will not have to pay for international shipping to return a faulty or incorrect item. We will fully cover the return costs and issue a priority solution.

Comunicare sub 4 stele , livrare și piese , acuratețe - 5 stele
Am dat o comandă și am dat o recenzie proasta aici , pentru ca pe factura îmi era trecut un amortizor dar mi-au venit ambele comandate , deci rectific : totul a decurs OK, mi-au ajuns exact piesele care le-am comandat, livrare în 1-2 zile după ce a fost predată la curier , iar dacă comandați pe firma tva-ul este returnat automat pe metoda de plată iar factura se va face fără tva pt taxare inversă și va fi primită pe mail când e trimisă comanda .
Pe total se schimbă tot ce am spus anterior , totul a decurs perfect , deși comunicarea este puțin precară ținând cont ca nu ai un call center pe limba romana și dos run robot care doar îți dă informații .
Pentru asta , și pentru ca nu se comunica direct de ce am primit o suma in cont și a trebuit sa îmi dau seama ca e tva ul ci nu restituirea unei sume a unui produs , și ca pe factura era trecut o bucata in loc de de 2 și am fost puțin furios din cauza transmiterii informatiilor intr un mod precar , rămân la 4 stele .

Ne cerem scuze cu sinceritate pentru situația neplăcută creată și pentru lipsa de comunicare directă din partea noastră înainte de modificarea comenzii dumneavoastră. O astfel de experiență nu reflectă în niciun caz standardele noastre interne de calitate și respect față de clienți.
Am luat notă de toate aspectele grave pe care le-ați semnalat: modificarea unilaterală a setului de amortizoare într-o singură bucată, returnarea automată a diferenței de bani fără aprobarea dumneavoastră prealabilă, neprimirea confirmării comenzii și a facturii fiscale pentru achiziția pe firmă, precum și dificultățile întâmpinate cu asistența telefonică automatizată. Înțelegem perfect că un singur amortizor nu vă rezolvă problema tehnică și că aveți nevoie de documentele fiscale aferente pentru contabilitate.
Dorim să verificăm de urgență acest caz în sistemul nostru, să transmitem solicitarea către departamentul de facturare și să analizăm eroarea de stoc sau de catalog care a dus la această situație. Pentru a putea face acest lucru, vă rugăm politicos să ne furnizați numărul de comandă.
