Met Anthony and Terry who ultimately dealt with my purchase of a Range Rover.
Both weee extremely friendly and very helpful.
Terry was excellent and provided explanations and dealt with the entire process from purchase, cherished transfer and taxing the new vehicle. No pushy sales at all and was given time alone to examine the new Vehicle. The whole experience was enjoyable and whilst professional very friendly. I had a great experience buying my Defender 110 from Dan. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to deal with. He was honest about the vehicle, answered all my questions, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

Overall a pretty good experience. Auto100 were easy to deal with and the buying process was smooth. I'll point out that they don't do test drives. You are given the option to test drive a car AFTER it's paid for and you can reject it at that point if it's not to your liking. This does mean you have to put up 100% of the cost of the car up front without ever driving it. Luckily, I have driven the exact model I was buying before and knew what I was getting myself into. This doesn't sit right with me though, they recommended that I go for a test drive at another dealer and come back to them to buy their car. I was happy with my car but that doesn't change the fact that I had to buy it without ever seeing it driven. I had a chance to see the car in person, sit in it, start it. The buying experience, could and perhaps should be improved. I don't have anything negative to say about it, I had a chance to see the car again, start it, test drive it before signing the paperwork, the car was pulled out, parked outside and I could drive away. Auto100 sell prestige, luxury cars but the handover experience is far from that, you sign the paperwork, your new car is pulled out of storage, parked outside and that's it. You go there to realise your dream, buy that sports car you wanted but the handover experience is no different than buying a used Corsa from a local Evans Halshaw. Again, it wasn't bad, it was smooth and quick but it was still very underwhelming. If you go there expecting to pull a car cover in a nice handover bay to unveil your new car, this is not it. Lastly, the prep team isn't great. The car was clean and polished but also had every crevice and rubber seal caked with dried polishing compound like it was someone's first time polishing a car. In the future I'd definitely opt for not having the car cleaned by Auto100, it took me longer to clean all of the dried polishing compound from every panel gap on the car than it would have to just detail the car properly to begin with.

Made appointment to view a vehicle and was impressed with from start to finish. Car immaculately presented by Terry who explained all the features and procedures.
Returned a few days later to collect the purchased vehicle and was treated like a VIP. Very professional from start to finish.

I can't express in words how happy I am with the car I bought yesterday and the experience with James and the fantastic team at auto 100.
From the get go I was made to feel totally confident and when I arrived ... Wow like a filmset was fully expecting 007 to walk in I've never seen so many of spectacular cars
And there in the middle my beautiful little yellow mini .. previous car buying experiences have been so awful 😞 this was
so perfect 😊

I had originally purchased a vehicle from them 18 months ago after agreeing a part exchange deal. After travelling to their facility on the day, they decided against offering a discount for my intended trade vehicle, which after doing the deal in the end felt like their plan all along to get the sale through. Slightly bittersweet due to an unplanned finance workaround but despite this I was satisfied with the new car and was told they would gladly make an offer to have it back if I ever wanted to sell it.
18 months on and looking to change vehicles I had offered to Auto100 to have the vehicle back hoping for a hassle-free exchange. Despite chasing them, they did not get back in touch, even to say no thank you. Still looking to sell, the car was listed on Carwow. When accepted and unveiled - the highest bidder turned out to be Auto100 which again felt like another tactic of theirs, to win the bid through the platform. From this point the comms were frustratingly slow until they ultimately offered a collection date 10 days later.
On collection day they sent a lone subcontractor to view the vehicle (with no collection vehicle) who looked over the car, found issues with the paintwork, and advised that they would not go through with the deal as they don’t sell cars like this – well, they do as it was bought from Auto100! After advising their viewer this fact they explained that it must have slipped through their stringent quality assurance and pointed out the errors in the paintwork where resprays occurred. The car is on a service plan and has been washed weekly - literally no other work to it. There was some slight condensation in the taillight which could have been resolved but their buyer advised the corrections would cost thousands of pounds and they would not go ahead.
Upon leaving the subcontractor asked if I would potentially accept a lower figure - this was declined and left at that. A total waste of time.
Their approach, despite claims of unrivalled service and family approach felt more underhand, unethical, and deceptive. Some impressive stock but my advice would be to avoid

The choice of car at Auto 100 is truly fabulous. I was looking for a Range Rover Sport hybrid and they had exactly what I needed. The welcome and customer care was excellent and they made it very easy to deal with their Company. Special mention to Lewis Goodwin who did the handover and all the paperwork. There were a couple of small issues that I found when I got home but I spoke with Lewis and he immediately sorted the problems which was very pleasing. A very good experience and I would certainly recommend Auto 100 to anyone looking for a top end car.
