I took this back in February. I was happy with it, and I have continued working with Oliver after since. I current doing his GEO University in GEO 1. I highly recommemd checking this out.

Released a lot of trauma, most packages I bought from Authentic Living have been priceless and they always over deliver nevermind the bonuses! I would come back again and again cos they cover all aspects of your life; From personal growth/development across to relationships and upgrading your identity, inner healing, learning to love yourself and others etc. If you wanna experience Living the best version of yourself look no further. They have a supportive community and a great team to help you along the way, nothing wrong with being sceptical but you have to taste and see. Not sure? I just completed Authentic Energy 30 day program. It’s packed full of amazing content that comes to you one day at a time. This allowed me to have a new lesson each day and practice it. I love this program. It has helped me to raise my vibration, techniques to keep it raised and to heal my blocks. I was amazed at how much I had stored in my body. I will continue to use the techniques in this course and hope to really expand on them. I highly recommend it to everyone who seeks to live a joyful life that is not riddled with pain! I was amazed at how much I could do to heal myself! I am a higher version of myself and I am positively affecting those around me.

Joining the Authentic Creation Program has been a truly transformative experience for me. If I had to take away just one thing from the entire journey, it would still be absolutely worth it. And for me, that one thing is alignment.

After going thru one of Oliver’s 3 day live courses, I had a radical breakthrough!!! One I just couldn’t seem to do on my own. So, yes if you are even remotely thinking of taking his course, I would not hesitate for 1 moment. 🫶 Go for it!!!

I was drawn to Mandy’s programme by a 2-minute video when I started to set up my coaching career. I feel her tools and guidance are preparing me to be a good coach with healing energy. I have been doing quite a bit of reflecting and healing in the past few years and still learned so much during this 30 day program. Mandy truly has a gift for explaining complex processes and making you feel loved and supported. Cannot recommend Mandy and her work enough!

I just finished the Authentic Energy 30 day program and I’m sad it’s over. I started the past 30 days with wisdom and meditations from Oliver each day, then repeated some of the meditations in the evenings before bed. I looked forward to each new lesson and am sure that I will revisit the program from start to finish again. I have gained so much knowledge and positive energy through this program. I highly recommend it.

I’m no stranger to abuse, grief, and the deep ache of losing all sense of purpose. When I stumbled upon one of Mandy’s videos, it was during a time I needed it most a moment when I felt completely stuck and disconnected from the world. That video was more than just content; it was a lifeline.

The program helped me so much. It helped me with my anxiety by teaching me how to clear my energy field and block negativity. Oliver explained things very well and the exercises are easy to follow and do. I have always been able to feel what others are feeling and going thru and it gets overwhelming a lot of the time. This program helped me to understand why I would get overwhelmed and how to prevent it. I looked forward to every day's teaching. I would go back and watch each one again the same evening and some I've watched more than that. I will be watching them over and over until I get it down to where I don't have to refer back to the videos and I'm sure even after that. I am going to go deeper into this because I want to learn more and i want to become a master healer. I love helping people and with this I can do just that. Doing this, helped me in so many ways in the past month. I am more at peace, I've learned so much new things and ways to raise, clear my energy. I'm so grateful to use the techniques throughout my everyday day life.

What made me to want to listen in the first place is the fact that Oliver was presenting himself as ordinary as the rest of us in spite of the fact that he is really not an ordinary person. He was using simple lay people's language. I have decided to sign up for the 30 day teaching. His teaching are short and because of that, made it easy for me to be able to schedule each day's practise. Oliver brought me back to a simple but powerful exercises. We live in a very confusing, and an "easy to fall off the wagon" kind a the times when so many distractions are coming at us. I am so happy and grateful to Oliver for being so generous by giving this 30 day practise. When I started, I instantly felt the energizes and also felt the blockages within my body. Through out the month I realized how much I still need to deepen the healing work on myself. I had times when I just slept through the meditation, I had times when I felt energized so much, I had moments of confirmations about my purpose in life, about the gifts I came with. I am very grateful for the moments when I felt joy and excitement from being connected to my inner source. Those are the moments helping me to keep going, re-listening, practising the tools which has been given to me. Thank you Oliver!

Mandy puts things in ways that are easily digestible, and makes lessons seem as if they are specifically tailored to you. The energy she exudes in everything she does is palpable and I could feel it while taking this course. To say it was a life changer, life saver is not saying enough.
