I am extremely disappointed
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Authentic Living.
On February 8, 2026, I purchased the “Energy Healing Circle Annual Membership,” but due to an error, I was charged twice. I contacted their support team immediately, and on February 10, I was assured that a refund of $1,592 would be processed.
Since then, I have sent multiple follow-up emails and even tried reaching out عبر Facebook, but I have received no meaningful response and, most importantly, no refund.
The originally stated processing timeframe has already passed. Despite polite and repeated communication on my side, including a formal request for confirmation and transaction details, I have been met with silence.
What makes this especially disappointing is that this company presents itself as supportive and trustworthy, offering help and “light” to people—often in vulnerable situations. Unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite. When an issue arose, there was a lack of transparency, accountability, and basic customer care.
At this point, I have been forced to involve my bank and begin a dispute process.
I sincerely hope the company resolves this matter promptly, but I cannot recommend their services based on my experience.

Love Love Love. I am so thankful that Oliver and Mandy are shining their light as this helps so many shine their light. Including myself! I love myself more than ever. I have more clarity and learned to trust myself and the guidance I receive and move towards my purpose work.
I discovered Mandy's 30-day Authentic Creation program a year ago and it got me back to knowing myself more than I have in a long time. Then it lead me to Mandy's EME Integration coaching that I took and my life has continued to transform and those around me have shifted also. I know myself even more than I ever have. I feel less triggered with things that used to get to me.
That lead me to Oliver's healing programs. Oliver's healings have catapulted me moving forward even more. I have noticed many things around me shift, my family especially. Oliver really does a great job of being authentic, and I had read both of his books before I did an energy healing and i was amazed at how much him and his team have come up with such awesome programs to help people continue their growth. They sent me a refund ONLY after I went public on face book and Instagram asking for my money back.
After trying for 3 months by email I saw someones post saying they got their money back ONLY after going public.
So I tried it and I finally got action and a refund!!

I signed up to a course in Dec 2025 and it said I could get my money back if the course wasn’t for me.
Within the week I felt that and cancelled it.
It’s been about 3 months a many emails later with promises of receiving the money back.
They claim that they have to process it and it takes ages.
It was only after making contact with them on Facebook and posting messages in public that they actually make an attempt to pay me back and the action of this happened straight away.
I’ve not received the money back yet apparently it’s going to take another 2 weeks for me to receive the money through the bank.
We will see if it actually happens or not!!

I've genuinely enjoyed and grown through AL and the Energy Healing Circle. The coaches and master healers — Kat, Stephanie, Nikki, Natasha, and Suzanne — have all been exceptional, and they are the sole reason for 2 stars instead of 1.
I have been a Soul Family annual member since 2022. In January 2026, I requested a cancellation and refund — and more than two months later, I am still waiting. I have reached out multiple times, and while staff have been polite, the only response I receive is that my request has been “expedited” and that I have moved up in the processing queue.
It's supposed to take 1 to 3 business weeks, which AL has also confirmed. All refund requests should be honoured properly.
I would have expected more from Mandy and Oliver's company core values. Leaving a program should be as easy and memorable as signing up for one.
FOLLOW-UP: I received a follow-up from Authentic Living, as noted in their response below. They issued a refund on March 25, which is now showing on my credit card. Thank you.

Difficulty with accessing the service and receiving a refund
Through one of Oliver Niño’s strongly advertised healing events, I’ve signed up for the Healing Circle, and paid $1592.
However, I never received access to the platform despite three times writing to customer service who never responded. Then, I canceled the subscription within the Grace-period.
For more than four weeks, I was desperately trying to get my money back, but Oliver’s team just stopped responding.
I was worried because I found many accounts about terrible customer service and not returning customers money all over the internet.

However, now, the team leader of customer service was reaching out to me, and wrote a detailed explanation that there was a mismatch in their files which delayed my refund. We scheduled a phone call, and went over the case. A few hours later, PayPal notified me that a refund would be issued.
Johnson also offered me three month for free, which I accepted.
I was not prompted to change my review, and am doing this now voluntarily after the issue has been resolved nicely.

I've been following this couple for nearly 6 years because the information contained within their programs has absolutely changed my life for the better. The Authentic Energy course was no different and has taken the lessons learned to the next level. Great Program - Authentic Energy 2.0
I went through the Authentic Energy 2.0 Program with Oliver Niño. This was my first program with him. And I found it very insightful and helpful.
I had prior experience with energy work but since my foundation is in Reiki healing I enjoyed getting a from the grounds up education for Oliver's healing philosophy. I learned a lot of new things that already found their way into my regular energy practice.

I’ve read her book, attended her 5 days Thrive as a life coach challenge and I’m in day 8 of her authentic creation program - and I must say, boy do I feel like a better person already. At 71 yrs old
At 71 yrs old, I needed to make drastic changes in my overwhelmingly soul draining job that sucks the life out of me and move toward a fulfilling and joyful retirement with enough money to sustain my dreams of freedom to travel, spend time with friends and loved ones and enjoy many more of my lasting years in good health and wellness. I took Mandy's program because I needed to raise my vibration to manifest that goal. Oliver just changed my life
Oliver just changed my life. I was on my spiritual journey for sometime but couldn't see way forward. When I took his first virtual healing session, something shift and the rest is history. I did his in-person session in sedona and currently on my way to learn healing myself. His team , Authentic Living are bunch of lovely and passionate people. I Purchased the authentic living 30 course with Mandy Morris. There were a few nuggets that I took away (reason for the 3 rating), the rest were things I already implement in my life. I did complete the full 30 days. I chose not to ask for a refund within the first 7 days a pattern of mine staying longer in experiences that provide minimal support and effort. $399 lesson Paid in full upfront. Most of the content was under 5 minutes and Multiple videos even discuss her other programs you can purchase.
Reminded me of the Commercial tactic to sell the newest fix it pill "other programs"
