I initially had a problem sending an email to request a quote - it wasn't obvious on the website that I had to make selections before doing this. Once the email was sent, the travel designer got in touch sooner than I expected and was able to put a quote together based on our preferences. I like that I could speak to and email the one contact who already knew what I wanted and was able to tweak our itinery several times until we got the closest to our dream holiday that time and money would allow.

Laurie was very helpful in putting together our flights to Australia and Bali around the dates we wanted. He arranged our visas and kept in touch by email so we had a paper trail of our plans. He replied quickly when we had to make change. A very friendly happy guy who got the best flights and priced around.

The representative I dealt with was called Matt. He was very helpful and clear about all the details of the flights I was interested in. I called a couple of times to clarify points that came up when talking to my husband about the flights and Matt was patient and was happy to sort out my small questions. Matt went to a lot of trouble to get our flights sorted despite the fact he should have clocked off half an hour ago! We didn't get the chance to ring until nearly 5pm which was his finishing time. He got us sorted despite difficulties in getting us a flight from Amsterdam. We travel to Australia twice a year and wouldn't book with anyone else. Excellent service as usual.
