Booking last minute for our trip to Aus/NZ the costs were steep. The three staff i dealt with over a couple of days were brilliant. They listened to what i was wanting and tailored a holiday that fit perfectly. As i changed dates etc they patiently revised and sought out the best deal for us. Even at the 11th hour they managed to make savings on the cost making the holiday cheaper. John, Steph and Suzanne- you were professional, patient and friendly throughout- you worked as a team for the best outcome for us- thank you!

I gave the agent a rough idea of what we wanted to do and where we wanted to visit and the itinerary he arranged was just what we wanted. The hotels he chose were in perfect locations and he was very helpful with his knowledge of the best tours to go on .
