Why you should use Austins Estate Agency
An excellent estate agency who did what they said they would while adding the personal touch. They really do look after you at Austins, I would recommend them to anyone trying to sell their home. They are efficient and available all the time. They also offer the best service in my opinion. When we went onto the market with Austins we had viewings of 1 or 2 per day for 10 days straight the previous estate agent offered 1 or 2 per MONTH! BIG difference and that's all down to the way that they operate, very efficiently and effectively. Very highly recommended.

I could not recommend Austin Property Services enough, especially Simon. They really do go above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly, everyone communicates brilliantly and make you feel completely at ease throughout the whole process. They are by far the best agents to deal with.

Selling my Dad's Flat
As soon as my sister and I met Simon Jeanes we knew this was the Estate Agent that we wanted to use to sell Dad's flat, and they didn't disappoint. There were two things that I appreciated about the way they handled the sale. Firstly the courtesy in the way they dealt with the tenant, who was living in my Dad's flat at the time, and the excellent communication we had with Simon, keeping us informed each step of the way.
