We first sold our house in Sep 2020 and thought events would move smoothly but we came across a rather obtuse buyer who, at the last moment, withdrew from the sale. Austins, via Mark, were left to pick up the pieces.
We found a second buyer but then ran into a quagmire in the shape of firstly, a troublesome surveyor and then, secondly,an inept paralegal who seemed convinced her task was to place every obstacle in the path of completing a complex and challenging chain.
Mark's heroic efforts got us over the line at the eleventh hour. I have never experienced such a difficult house sale before in over 12 previous occasions.
Thank you Austins for your grit and detemination.
