Hannah from Austen & Blake Newcastle helped design the perfect engagement ring, this was a smooth experience from start to finish. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping create something meaningful and unique. Hannah took the time to understand exactly what i was looking for, guided me through every detail of the design process, and made what could have felt overwhelming feel exciting and enjoyable instead.

Her communication from start to the end of the process was amazing, and the final ring exceeded all expectations. You can truly tell she cares deeply about her clients and the quality of her work. I would highly recommend Hannah to anyone looking for a thoughtful and trustworthy expert to help create such a special piece.

Purchased a new engagement ring in Dec and returned for a necklace this April. Both times Hazel served us. Absolutely no issues with service and welcome. Definitely recommend this establishment great service and very friendly staff.

Definitely recommend Austen & Blake for an engagement ring. Looking around can be overwhelming but Aaliyah at the Newcastle store was so helpful. Went through so many choices of ring designs and stones, with her helping me pick the perfect one that I had visioned. So knowledgeable and patient. Will definitely be coming back for our wedding rings!

The AB team in Newcastle are amazing and super helpful. I had my first appointment with Jessica, who made me feel really welcome and talked me through all my options. She’s really knowledgeable and answered all my questions.
A couple of days after placing my order, I noticed an issue, but the team sorted it out quickly with no fuss at all. I picked up my ring with Aaliyah, who was also so kind and helpful.
Overall, such a great experience and I’d definitely recommend them! 😊

I visited the Newcastle store in February time with no clue what design or idea to go for. Jessica, one of the expert jewellers took me through the whole process and made it very comfortable and easy for myself to choose an engagement ring design, everything went very smoothly and the whole experience was easy. I would highly recommend Austen and Blake, from placing my order to picking the ring up it took around 3 weeks, very fast and efficient with an incredible ring in which my now Fiancé loves.

Buying the ring was fine, But of course I got the size wrong. When I returned for the resize the price was a complete an utter scam! Just awful aftercare service so unless you are 100% sure you wont need any further support do not buy from this company.

I recently benefitted from two consultations with Jessica. I wanted to purchase a diamond engagement ring but did not know where to start. Jessica was very knowledgeable, approachable and generous with her time. She talked me through the 'four c's' in layman's terms so that I felt able to make an informed decision. The shop was well stocked with display rings of various cuts, designs and sizes so my two visits were very productive.

Been to shop a couple of times once to buy my new upgraded engagement ring can’t remember the ladies name who helped me but she was amazing explained everything tried on a few rings nothing was a problem, the ring I came in for was not the ring I ordered as it didn’t fit with my wedding band, the ring I ordered was the Meryl absolutely love it pear shaped side stone and oval centre (lab grown diamonds).

The lady said I would have to wait up to 4weeks got it back in just over 2 weeks, I had my ring for just over 3 weeks and had to bring it back to be resized as a little big as the swelling from my original rings had gone down as they were to tight, the lady I gave me ring to was Lao very nice polite and friendly, it’s been 2 weeks and I rang for an update and she was very helpful and said that she would email me and let me know what was happening and she did so hopefully mother couple of weeks and it should be back on my finger.
Fabulous staff and treatment from all the staff, I will not be going to another jewellers as the staff are outstanding and really are very attentive.

Very welcoming in store. Hannah was very informative about the diamonds you supplied. There was such a good selection of designs and settings to choose from. We placed our order and were kept informed by email of progress of order. Again, Hannah was very helpful when we collected my necklace . Will definitely return.

From start to finish the process was everything you could wish for, the guys at the store are thorough, understanding and incredibly helpful.

I had a virtual appointment with Aaliyah, who walked me through all my questions and also offered up potential other options. I cannot thank Aaliyah for all the help.

Unfortunately due to our timings we were unable to visit the store when Aaliyah was working, however her colleague Elisha was just as helpful when we required the ring to be resized.

If you are looking for an engagement ring then I cannot recommend Austen and Blake enough.

Excellent service with all the info regarding diamonds with their colour, clarity and grading. This was a great help in the decision of the style of ring. Very relaxed and pleasant experience. Also, receiving the ring the service was second to none 😃👍

The process was able to proceed at my pace and I was so happy I was able to walk into the office as well as communicate through emails. Overall I was extremely pleased.

Called into branch on a Sunday afternoon whilst out with my girlfriend to look at potential engagement rings. I was so impressed I went back 4 days later to order a ring! The ring is stunning and have since been back to order wedding rings too. Hannah was perfect, didn't push for a sale, just listened to what we wanted, understood the assignment and made it happen, at a great price too! Communication and overall customer service was phenomenal from start to finish. Would highly recommend!
