What a perfect experience from start to finish. Hannah was incredibly helpful when choosing the perfect ring for Daisy, perfectly clear in her communication and made me feel total confidence throughout the process. I have absolutely loved the whole experience of choosing and purchasing my wedding ring at Austen & Blake.
Hannah was fantastic from beginning to end, helping me to make sure I had the perfect ring for the big day. She explained to me about the whole process of how my ring would be made and how long it would take. Her communication through emails was really good, always keeping me in the loop. Thoroughly enjoyed going to pick my ring up yesterday and getting to try it on for the first time. I love it! It's a perfect fit and I can't wait to wear it. I would highly recommend Austen & Blake and their lovely staff. Will definitely be in to purchase something else soon.
